Overall
Honest local opinion.

Three stars for consistency in cleanliness over the 24 years of my life.
I have been spoiled with the luxuries of cinemas from Florida during my college years. However, that being stated we are talking about the white MTN region here. Their customer base is limited unless everyone chooses to ski on the weekend or rainy weather claims the mtn region. So if the thearte is packed with people chances are the show will start later. The theatre has been there since I was young and I enjoy having the option of seeing a film locally rather than driving south over an hour. The facilities are dated but are kept clean. Those who possibly own / operate the business do it well. In my understanding they make the most of what they have to work with. They dont have the employee force that is going to provide special treatment like you may receive from a "Florida cinema". The theatre can be a little bit chilly so always bring a sweater/jacket (even in the summer time). I've never caught a fever from being in there so just make sure you button up your coat on the slopes instead. Lol. Enjoy the movie.

My son and I had a disconcerting experience at Lincoln Cinema. First of all, both the ticket person and the concessions/ film operator had seriously bad attitudes. They made it clear that making the most money they can through concessions was most important and that customer service did not matter. We were waiting in the theater for a 3:30 movie and not even the previews had been started. I asked the film operator if he could get the film started, and he was not the slightest bit apologetic about starting late--blaming big turnout for the 3:45 movies. He said that he would turn the movie on "very soon," but the previews did not go on until 3:58 and the movie did not begin running until 4:09 (nearly 40 minutes late). In addition, the theater was very cold and I contracted a fever. After the show, I told the operator and ticket booth person that such service was unacceptible, but they were only concerned about the need to make profit. I have worked in the theater business, and such service would have gotten me fired!
