STAY AWAY FROM KABREDLOS PROPERTIES!!!! You will not get your deposit back from this company. I see many of the other reviews on here talk about all the problems with bugs and maintenance with this company so I'll keep that part short and sweet. This was my move out statement and photos of how I left the apartment on the final day. This was my first experience being screwed over, just glad I took lots of time stamped photos and video on the move out day.Let me start by saying I'm a good Tennant. I pay rent on time, I believe in doing the right thing and cleaning a place up before you leave. Feel free to browse the list, but they literally made things up and charged me a total of $488 total, so not only did they try to take my deposit, they tried to have me owe them money. I was charged $150 for them to clean the the fridge and stoved pictured in my photos. They were literally spotless as you can see. I was charged for hooks that were on the porch when I moved in, charged for a shower liner because it was the wrong color, and the list goes on and on. 19 total items I was charged for many of which were not even included in the move out checklist.After weeks of trying to resolve this with Tami at Villa Tierra I realized the only chance I had for getting my money back was to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and look into filing a claim in small claims court. She spoke with Tony Olderback, (who is the one who does the walkthroughs) and they took off enough of my "charges" to get me a refund of $4.50. I'm not sure how they can stay in business with these kinds of unethical business practices but for anyone looking stay away from this company.
Great Place Properties and Lynn Fisher managed a property for me for over a year and eventually handled the sale of the property. Lynn and his staff were able to provide accurate information and valuable advice since it was my first time as a landlord. His teams years of experience in the business was greatly appreciated. I felt like I got the maximum amount of value out of my investment and with very little effort/stress on my part. I also observed that Lynn and his team were also considerate of the tenants that were in my place watching out equally for their interests and communicating the tenants concerns to me in a fashion that we were always able to come agreements that made both parties happy. I felt like my asset/home was well protected and that Great Place Properties did a great job of keeping me informed of the business end of things. As a long distance landlord I was glad to have Great Place Properties represent me and manage my interests. I would highly recommend this company and if I am ever in need of their services I would hire them again.
Did have a disappointing situation in regards to staff and follow up was poor. I did make a few calls outside of the Lincoln area--JEA Senior Living HQ and had great feedback.
Sad place, if you want your loved ones to die early take them here.she was only there 4 days. Wasn't giving proper meds, sat in soiled sheets all night, told the help they did nothing.
These guys are horrible landlords. They don't keep the common areas clean and they don't shovel the sidewalks in the winter time. I rented for 8 years at 1129 F Street Apartment 3 and always paid my rent on time and they only gave me $7 back on my deposit. The apartment was cleaned top to bottom. They are thieves and I will be taking them to court.
I concur with caspianb1's comments. In addition, haphazard construction is noticeable. The room containing the hot water heater & central air unit lacks proper containment of dangling wires & coaxial satellite cable. The coaxial connector panel in the living room lacks telephone/dsl outlet - requiring a 25 ft connection from the kitchen. There are gaps behind the lower cabinets & oven that provide easy access for mice, crickets, spiders, etc. Maximum DSL internet speed is only 3.5 Mbps. Windstream & Creekside Village point fingers at each other regarding who is responsible for such slow internet.
I've rented off & on from Jeffrey Rentals for almost 14 years & I have and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent. They have reasonable rates & if you need something fixed maintenance is always available & come out & addressthe issue in a timely manner. Over the years I've gotten to know The Jeffreys & they have always been more then fair with me. This is a great family company to rent from.
Do not rent from this company!!! Literally the worst landlords I have ever had! They never took the gas out of my name after I moved out last year and I ma still being billed. Black Hills cannot shut the meter off because they will not respond to them either. They will not return my calls. I also almost got carbon monoxide poisoning when I moved in because they didn't update the alarm. They never fixed anything including a board that was falling off the garage and was very dangerous. They are not a reputable business and I am seeking legal action against them.
My name is Carrie I lived at “Great Place Properties”, 4629 Stockwell ST Apt #5. I am a mother with two children. I lived at the 4629 Stockwell residence for a year, I enjoyed all of my neighbors they are all really good people. I however cannot say the same thing for Great Place Properties, first and foremost they raise the rent so high that it is unaffordable. I myself paid $470.00 in rent the lady in unit #4 in the building was grandfathered in at $450.00 for 15 years, as she says, she is an elderly lady and poor Lynn Fisher has raised the rent so high at 4629 Stockwell that it is more economical to move out of Great Place Properties Apartments. For a good long while it was very dangerous living in the building at 4629 Stockwell. Lynn Fisher would shut the hall lights off at night. Anyone could have been assaulted, because the halls were pitch black it was very dangerous. The 4629 Stockwell Apartment Building was built in 1966 no free cable, no swimming pool, no garages, no free internet, and the apartment units are old and have no distinctive features or the charm and lack the character of a new apartment building. Lynn Fisher is charging rent to his tenants that is so overly inflated that it is comparable to renting a house or renting from Brand NEW Apartment buildings in Lincoln NE that were built this year 2015. Great Place Properties is extremely expensive. Lynn Fisher has been unreasonable with overly inflated rent prices, Lynn is behaving with GREED and without a heart. So this Christmas I Carrie, will pray for you Lynn Fisher.
I am NOT recommending them to anyone I know!
