I can't believe these guys got me approved! it was very easy working with the owners. If you want reliable used cars, this is the place to go!
Horrible Service. Do NOT use this company. Unprofessional. Unwilling to honor their word. Please do not use this company.
These people are absolute hustlers... I purchased a vehicle from them and All they do is detail and polish very bad vehicles and sell them to customers. When I bought my problems to them about the vehicle, they told me they would help me, then tried to blow me off. They got very rude and unprofessional when I called and asked for the help that they promised. These people do not care about your experience when buying a vehicle and I strongly recommend to any customer to not purchase any vehicles from them and if you do, be Very, very cautious because you can end up with a non- working vehicle within weeks of purchase.
This man really will work with you to get you in a car. He doesn't just say so on the sign. I'm in a perfect town and country and I have an eviction on my record and only a part time job.
Rude, imature, and dishonest. I would never refer someone here. After writing a bad review on their Facebook page I was told I slandered them. It's called a review for a reason. Then I was told I was threatening them when what I was referring to was writing other reviews about their business elsewhere. Bottom line: shown a clean carfax. 8 months later find out 4,000.00 worth of flood damage. No help useless warranty.
When I bought my car the staff seemed decent. Helpful and commited to making a sale. Apparently they sold me a car with a bad battery, they sent a man out to jump my car and said they'd replace the battery, they did. When i said the gas meter was off they told me that couldnt be because they fixed it before i bought it. Thats it.They also told me they replaced the tires and brake pads a few weeks before i bought the car. when my cars system stability started acting wonky I called them and set an appointment with their mechanic who knows their warrenty, whos name I cant remember. I go to my appointment, hes not there. I call him and after 3 missed calls he finally calls me back and says "I forgot about you", he was at lunch. After waiting 30 min he arrives and takes pictures of the clouds in the sky in the middle of talking to me! runs a system check on my car, system check says a bunch of numbers and he tells me has no clue what they mean so he can't help me. Luckily I found out that my brake pads needed changed (different mechanic) and that was probably why the system stability was acting funny.Last year my car wouldn't start but I still had warrenty until the end of that year so I had to unfortunately contact that same mechanic. The starter was out so he replaced it. sometime before that i had someone look at my car and they said other than an oil leak nothing else was leaking. So I go to get my car keys back from that mechanic after he fixes the starting issue and he tells me my vehical is leaking transmission fluid. Funny thing is when I called( to get info about my warrenty) I was informed i could still trade in the car until the end of that month. So now Im wondering if he purposely did thay so id trade in the car?Im not getting a car from this place ever again. The salesmen may have been good and professional but obviously their mechanic is a fucking moron. So be prepared for that when you purchase a car from this place.
I kindly asked for help in finding a wheel cover as they did when I bought the vehicle.(I would of course pay for it) I thought maybe they had more resources than I do.. this was the reply:"We are not a parts store. We sell used cars.. Good luck."I thought that was horribly rude and I let them know that! The response I got:"We sold you the vehicle over 2 years ago, and you are still unhappy. Please stop contacting us. We wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do. Have a nice day."It has only been just at a year and a half! I mentioned that I was selling my current vehicle... way to get me to give great reviews and come back for a repeat purchase!
Snake oil salesman, who is a slick and fast talker and sucks you into crappy cars and crappy deals; and doesn't uphold his end of the "agreement." Bob is not the guy to do business with, PERIOD. Dealer's licensing was contacted in regards to Bob's shady tactics. I'd give ZERO or negative stars if this were an option. The cars may look nice, but the majority of the inventory has major problems that prevent the vehicles from being sold, with Bob not correcting problems.
Mike at Winners Circle sold my daughter a 12-year old car with just under 150,000 miles on it that, with interest, costs over $10,000. At three times the Kelly Blue Book value, it came equipped with a significant hole in the exhaust system, dangerously worn tires and no interior lights. It gets better - a mechanic checked to see why it wasn't starting and discovered he couldn't get the oil level to even register. The spark plugs are fried. The "new" battery wouldn't hold a charge and the check engine light revealed six different engine sensors were out. This is all we know so far, except for the transmission. It doesn't shift right. My daughter was, in no way, capable of understanding the details of this sale. She should have known better, right? But sadly, my daughter has suffered with behavioral health problems her whole life. One of the ways it manifests is learning to live with little or no impulse control. She had no clue that she committed to paying that much for a car. She doesn't know what interest is or how it works. I am in no way capable of taking on this debt, I barely get by as it is. And my daughter most assuredly does not deserve to start her adult life with a debt she cannot handle, not to mention a junk car to show for it. How can this be legal? They flat refused to do anything except resell the car. In fact, Mike, her "salesman" took her alone to a back room and intimidated and threatened her. It scared the hell out of her and now she is afraid to go back. Shame on Winners Circle. Shame on them. This is just wrong. I need help and direction in order to protect and advocate for my daughter as well as exposing the shameful practice of taking advantage of our vulnerable folks right here in Lincoln.
Called about 2007 Chevy Aveo said boss and had engine light on. I review Car Fax almost pewfect. May reschedule test drive after a little digging on this ...You can scan the computer for the computer code and it could be the start in identifying & diagnostics of what part of the system is having a problemI am writing you because I found your posts when I did a search on Class Action Suits against Chevrolet for the Aveo Timing Belt issue. We were sold a 2004 used and a 2007 new, both of which I own today, and both have the same engine. A week ago at 53,000 mi., the 2004's belt broke, and I assume from my own mechanic, who has done work for Chevrolet dealers for years, that the engine has also collapsed into itself! Who ever heard of that?! The manual states that it must be '"inspected at 30,000 mi." We purchased it at 39,000, and were told that the dealer who sold it to us "knew the car had been well taken care of, and all maintenance was up to date". This, by the way, is not a standard type of maintenance on a car.in 2008, I bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo with 1700 miles on it. At 62000 miles, the timing belt broke, causing engine damage. There is a drive train warranty on it. The Chevy dealer I took it to told me that the timing belt is a maintenance item, and it should have been replaced at 60,000 miles. Since I didn't do that, they would not honor the warranty. I spoke to GM, and they told me the same thing. Yvonne from GM told me that I was not considered a loyal GM customer, or they would have honored it. I owe $5000 on the car; it is worth $3000. And it will take at least $2000 to fix it. I had the car towed twice, once to get it off the freeway where it broke down and once to the dealership. My wife missed several hours worth of work, and we are now paying an extra $10 a day for gas in our mini-van to get to work. The engine damage will cost $2000 to repair. We don't have the money to get it repaired, or to have it towed home even.2005 Chevy Aveo #1 PROBLEM: the clutch. Additional Problems: Car brakes TOO easily. All parts have to be ordered. Built to Brake. Lemon. Yearly clutch replacement. Over-charging for service. No Customer Service. $1800 last June. now they want $1200 for another clutch replacement. i want to sue them for manufacturer defect
