I've never had a bad experience here. Best burgers and wings in town, awesome staff, and ambience on fleek! I'm always so impressed with the creative flavor combinations crafted in their burgers, wings, and infused alcohol. Definitely the most underrated restaurant in town!
Its a lot of fun to country line dance to their music or go to their Czech days the polka is great as far as polkas go.
I have came to this place a few times and had a good time. I haven't been there in over a month and just so happen to have $200 in charges there. I had to have WellsFargo claims handle it. Do not use any credit or debit cards at Rule G.
One of the best bars I've ever been in. teresa is absolutely fantastic. the other bartenders I have not met a bad one yet. teresa is not only super sexy but she is a real person. I'm very comfortable in that bar and there seems to be every variety of life the bar gay, LGBT, SWINGERS Which I hope to get to know better. But that's another story.MIKE
my friend's wallet went missing at the end of the night downtown and she filed a police report, only to find out that it was at Bodegas the entire time it was missing. When Bodega's contacted her, she went to get it. Upon it's return, her money was missing. When she asked about it, one of Bodega's employees told her "it's a consolation prize, honey, just be glad you got your wallet back." Who wouldn't be angry at hearing that? She had already reported it stolen when it was first missing and she told the Bodegas employees that she would be following up with the police report. When she got home, the BODEGAS BUSINESS PAGE ON FACEBOOK sent her a message saying "that was lame, you're a BAD PERSON." I am outraged and I am not the only one. They have lost my business and I hope this story reaches others. If anyone would like proof, I have a picture of the message and would be happy to share. This is not good business and it negatively reflects on Lincoln. I would suggest Duffy's, O'Rourkes, or Jake's if you are looking for a great bar and better service.
I'm from out of state, and have been to the Fat Toad numerous times without an issue, thinking it was an alright time. However, on gameday, the bouncer saw my out of state ID, and told me I would have to wait outside until it was verified by police, which took about 30 minutes. My advice is, if you are from out of state, do not go to Fat Toad on gameday-it's not worth it, unless you want to spend half an hour outside in the cold! It was not worth it, and I was not at all impressed by the bouncer's attitude, especially as a 22 year old, who clearly was of age.

Great laid back bar. They have a beer garden for smokers, pool, modern jukebox, great lunch menu as well as evening appetizers, wide variety of beers (bottle/draws) and cocktails. Karaoke every Tuesday night and Poker every Thursday night. Various live bands through out the week. Love that it is downtown but just enough off the beaten path that it isn't flooded with college kids, but still caters to all ages. Oh, also free wi-fi on site makes it an ideal place to get some work done after hours
