I'd give this jerk no stars if YP allowed it. The guy can't put together an accurate bid if his life depended on it. Four weeks into our project - he hits us up for approximately 5K in additional "lumber" and "carpentry" work he should have been able to anticipate. He also casually mentioned that he wanted an additional "contractor fee" of 10% of the final bill - which was 5K over his estimate. RUN away from this guy!

Careful with this guy. He will underbid your project to entice you to hire him, then bring in his friends/subcontractors and they will all upcharge the project. He won't sign you to a contract and make you think you can trust him, then he'll hit you for even more money in the form of a commission that "he forgot" or he'll walk off the job like he did with me. He'll try to guilt you into paying him and then harass you with a lawyer if you don't pay him. I think his work was good, from what I can see, but who knows where he cut corners to keep money in his pocket. I'll never trust him again that's for sure! Beware Paul Arthur and his "Custom Environments."
