★☆☆☆☆ I have lived in several states and hace had experience with stereo systems subwoofers and remote starters and have had quite a few cars used about 7 different audio shops and GP Customs is by far THE WORST "AUDIO REMOTE STARTER" SHOP EVER..2nd to Auto sounds they installed my 1st remote starter on my car and i almost had an accident because of poorly drooping wires....Then we have GP customs......I went to them a year and a half ago to have my old remote start uninstalled because Auto sounds poor install their unit GP installed what i thought was a "NEW" unit that o paid quite a bit for. ..remote start and alarm....not only did i have to go back 2x because they left several wires not hoooked up correctly...i lost dash lights and blew a couple fuses...that 2nd time when i made an appointment a week in advance i got to gp amd waited for almost an hour over my appointment time only to be told i would need to come back another day because "they" were to busy with new i told the guy i was heading to the BBB better business Bureau and he didn't care. ..i started pulling out and another guy ran out saying oh waot we will literally took him 27 seconds to plug back in the wire that had caused my entire system not to work......and as of December 2013 10 months after they inatalled it the lights no longer flash the remote start doesnt always work...and to make things worse i found out today 9/16/14 a friend of mine was fixing a fuse for me and he noticed that there was a lot pf wired under the dash my friend took off the dash and we found a TERRIBLE mess behind the dash...big wires going into little wires...all kinds of extra wires just sitting here and there...really poor connectors...and to make it worse im 100% sure they "gp customs " uaed the old wiring from Auto sounds and the unit itself looks used...i used to have a big decal on my car and other vehicle but no way i took a flat blade scraped both off the vehicles...No way i would send anyone to GP customs not even if it was the only place in the state to get stuff done....I'm frustrated and rightfully so. ......i couldn't believe my eyes today......that is a really shady thing to do especially a so called business that deals with this everyday. ..i since have heard many many times people say bad things about gp...and you can add this to the list. ...........

This place has astoundingly horrible customer service. I'm a customer because I need an ignition interlock in my car and they were closest to my house. They hide out all the time when they're supposed to be helping me. They never give me a receipt or tell me what my total is whenever I come in to get a calibration. They had me pay for installation even though it's supposed to be free through SmartStart. One day I went in for a calibration that they estimated will take 10 minutes and it turned out being at least an hour. After waiting 30 minutes with no one telling me anything other than getting hit on by one of the workers (VERY unprofessional) I asked if there was a problem and they finally told me that there was. I have other stories about my bad experience with this business, but this is getting long. Basically, if you want horrible service and shady business come to GP Customs!

Worst customer service. these guys treat you like you're not a paying customer and they could care less. probably cause they are over worked and under paid but still act like you care about your customers. My friend went in today and the guy greeted him by saying "what do you want?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Take your business else where.

Agree with other reviews. Amateurs, went there because they did warranty work for Husker Auto. Must have made 6 trips and never got my dvd player fixed. Said they did all they could do.





They tinted my car 3 times because it was bad every time (dust, scratches, uneven cuts) They were nice enough to keep trying to fix it but it still inst as good as any other place that tints. Prices aren't anything to brag about either. So if you want good work for the price you pay go somewhere else.

Insisted on cash. Refused receipt or written warranty. Upcharges for premium tint and warranty. Did not collect sales tax. Put large sticker on my windsheild advertising their business, without permission. And in order to make the average rating go up on this site, the owner himself put two 5 star reviews on this site. (Robert Peinado) This is the shadiest business out there, doing their business under the table. And to top it off, the tint job is horrible.




GP Customs is truly your one stop shop for all your automotive accessories and needs! Give them a shot you won't be disappointed!

Worst place ever treat you like crap! Completely unprofessional! Worst tint job I’ve ever had in my life! The day i came to pay she told me if i paid cash shed save me money and didn’t want to give me a receipt. The main guy was too busy that day told me to come back the following Monday. I came back he told me I’d have to pay 25 dollars for materials to redo it after he knew he messed it up! So i said you’re not going to do anything about it he just gave me a look like I’m the stupid one and told me no. DON’T waste your time go to a professional place!!!!!!

My *honest* review. I would highly reccomend these guys as they do a good job for a good price. I've had several cars tinted there, a stereo installed in another (gps and lcd), and a hidden subwoofer in another. No peeling with the tint on ANY vehicles, but full disclosure and just to show they make things right (like the other review claims they don't), I had one vehicle that had issues on 2 windows in which something got underneath the tint that couldn't be seen until all the bubbles settled. Both times they immediately replaced the tinting on the windows no questions asked.

I do not know what the other guy is talking about. If they damaged the interior, you should bring it up to them, if they ignore you, file a complaint with the BBB. Reeks of another business owner trying to leave bad reviews. I've never experienced a place ignoring me but I know if it was my money, I would be down there at the store and not online.

Broke my interior,low quality parts and tint.Audio and video problems , tint peeling . Wont return phone calls and hides out at unprofessional shop.Avoid this store.Pick a PROFESSIONAL place you can trust.
