This company is a joke. Over 3 months and I still do not have my items... wait I received one... the design was on a different shirt than I ordered! They take days to respond to an email. And offer no help. Items are backordered is all they like to say. Are you that poor of a planner? You had my money and order THREE MONTHS ago!!! They don't even care... they keep selling and taking orders. I'm sure that's probably the only way they're able to pay for the back log of orders they're still trying to fill. The way they run their business, I can't imagine they manage their money any better!

Cute stuff, terrible customer service! My husband ordered two shirts for me on December 15, 2016 for Christmas. They never showed up and no one ever contacted him to let him know the shirts were no longer available. My husband tried to contact them after the New Year, but didn't get anywhere. The total was over $115 and we still have not received a refund as of 3/26/16! My husband has tried to contact Pixi Chix over 20 times and we still do not have our money back or even a response. This is terrible customer!
I found some great items here for a low price! The staff is very sweet and easy to work with -- would recommend everyone to check them out!
It's nice to see something "different" when it comes to clothing ideas. It's fun to be able to go and design a shirt or jacket when I have something fun coming up. I could spend the same amount of money at the mall on a shirt that a lot of other girls might be wearing, but with Pixi Chix I can really be one of a kind. I am often described as a "free spirit" and Pixi lets me express myself anyway I want. And the clothes last and are quality which is important to me too.
