We traded our Ford escort in for a Kia Sorento and I love it. Tom Huff is a great guy we have been there for a recall and they loaned us a car. Tom always says hi when we are in for an oil change. I make it a point to drop off a Christmas card for him. He will get you a great deal just tell him Paula and Earl sent you.

I had an hour drive to the dealership and my new truck was waiting for me right outside the front door. I loved the low pressure approach to their sales pitch. There was no running back and forth getting prices (which I hate). By the time I returned from my test drive the paperwork was all ready and we got right to business. No arguing about the protection warranty. I said no and they accepted that. I think I spent about 5 minutes filling out paperwork and then I was on the way home. Most other dealerships take hours to get you in and out but not Dillon's. They have their poop in a group. My salesman Al was very gregarious and helpful. What a nice contrast to many used car salesmen I've been forced to tolerate in the past. Good job outta you Al!

I had been searching for a newer Mustang GT convertible for over a year to replace my 1995 Mustang GT. I located a 2013 Mustang GT via Autotrader that was being sold at the Dillon’s Auto Superstore in Lincoln, NE. We live approximately 5 1/2 hours east in Illinois on the Mississippi River. My husband emailed the dealership and Allen Gill answered all of his questions promptly. We drove to Lincoln to test drive the vehicle and Allen had the vehicle ready for us as promised. The vehicle was everything I had hoped it to be and more. The entire sales process was very easy and pleasant due to Allen and the rest of the staff. I wish we had such a wonderful car dealership in our area and would not hesitate going back to Dillon’s Auto Superstore again. My 2006 Kia Sportage completely died on me on my way to work. I heard loud sounds under the hood so I knew something had to be seriously wrong. I had just gotten off the interstate and was blocking the whole off ramp. Thankfully I got it started and was only a couple blocks from my work parking lot. I called AAA to tow my vehicle from my employer parking lot to Kia of Lincoln. I hadn't been to Kia of Lincoln since my car was still under warranty. I wasn't sure what to expect. Within just over an hour of having it towed, Kia had already taken a look at my car and diagnosed the problem (water pump, timing belt, alternator belt, and coolant) with a truly reasonable quote. I looked into pricing of parts/labor before giving them the green light and I was impressed. I called back and asked when they could have it done. The service counter told me it could be done before I got off work that day. They delivered on their promise and I was able to pick my car up right after work. The service counter employee was super friendly when I picked it up and the cashier was very kind as well. I was pleased and will be back. Thank you for getting me up and running again in no time at all!

This service department went out of their way to assist me. My AC was having problems, the defect was commonplace in the 2011 to 2014 models but was felt to be no longer a concern. My 2016 had the identical problem and they went to bat for me to have it covered by the maker. Hat's off to a dealer who will stand up for me.
