Bathroom Remodeling in Lincoln, NE

DON'T hire them. I hired them for a bathroom remodel- remove bathtub and install walk-in shower. I purchased all of the materials down to the grout for tiles, shower heads everything. They proceeded to break my skylight and replace it with a cheap piece of plastic that doesn't reflect the sunlight like the original one did. This happened because they decided to texture the ceiling, which was NOT ON THE CONTRACT! They tried to charge me $535 for the ceiling and painting a 5x9 bathroom, which is half tiled for the shower. They stole my wall mirror and light fixture, which meant I had to go purchase a new one. They don't ask, they just steal things right from your house. And do they replace them? NO they don't. Since my mirror was gone, I had to purchase a medicine cabinet or something The light fixture didn't stick out far enough, so they had to build a 48"x20"x6" soffit so medicine cabinet would work with light fixture above it. Ron Svoboda charged me $1550 for this. I learned at the end of the project these bills. Then I discovered he charges $120 per hour. And the tiles are not lining up. He does poor work and is real good at charging. I have asked for my mirror and light fixture returned, but no answer from him. He is on to ripping someone else off. Now I need to hire another contractor to tear out the soffit and place a wall mirror back on the wall and replace the skylight if I ever want sunlight in the bathroom again.Don't hire these people. Oh and if you are a senior citizen and a single woman, be prepared to be ripped off. You will never see his 5% senior discount! He adds it to your bill instead.

If you have an acess of time (they show up for 4 hrs/day when they come at all) and money (premium price for inferior work) and you have absolutely no idea about what professional construction work should look like, these are the guys for you! They were hired for a basement project and after 2 months they walked away leaving a cobbled display of drywall and absolutely nothing complete. As it turns out, I will have to have 90% of what they did re-done by actual professionals and they are still claiming I owe them money! The inflated price and arrogant attitude should be enough to steer you in an alternate direction. fBe mindful of the salesman, he tells a good tale, but it is pure fiction. You will be very disappointed as your dream turns into a nightmare! Keep looking!!
