My daughter went here to get her hair colored. Only wanted her tips dyed pink. Was told it would be $40. Did not include haurcut. Ended up costing $90. Tips,were barely pink and faded out by the end of the week. Manager did her hair and took advantage of the fact my daughter had never had this done before. Convinced her she needed extra stuff done and then told me she signed a waiver so it was all ok. Totally shady and a rip off. If you go here take a loan first. You'll need it. No costs were actually cut here.
Sounds like Tonya Z is the one to book with as Lindsey B isn't very customer friendly in her scheduling. Either she's on vacation and doesn't have her scheduling book with her or she won't highlight hair after 6pm...also doesn't work on Friday's. Says she's booked way out, but prob because she hardly works!! She shouldn't offer Groupons if she can't honor them...
I hated my hair cut and they over charge when I had a coupon for a 12 hair cut. Also when I went in and left I look about the sane except one side was shorter they didnt give layered banes or layered/ thin out my hair and I still have spilt ends. I will not be return to cost cutters ever and neither will my son cause she also messed up his hair not only that it took to different to people to cut my hair and they both did a very bad job it like they cut one side not the other and it just for feels like they just shouldn't ever cut hair ever it sad when the manager can't fix the employee mistake and they also kept refusing to refund me it took me three days to get my money back and they only fave mW money back for my hair cut and the reason the first lady didn't even try cutting and messed it up cause smoking and being on a phone was way more important and the manager is really rude if you want anything done there wait for the other manager to come cause you'll get screw over like I did

This is my salon so it's going to seem like a very one sided review but I do think Sairah is the most knowledgable person in lincoln when it comes to hair extensions. Willing to answer and assist with any questions you may have. Affordable payment plans for extensions are also available.
My appointment was scheduled at 9:00am on a Saturday which when I showed up one of the hairstylist's grandmother unlocked the door and let me and another customer in. When we entered the salon no lights were on but the Open sign was lit and the hairstylist was on her personal phone which after her call she exclaimed that the other hairstylist was late. Finally about 15mins later I was in a chair and trying to show my stylist the color I was wanting (I brought photos) and before I could even finish telling her how I wanted to lighten my dark brown hair to a honey/caramel color she advised me that it would be too hard to lighten my hair so I should choose one of the colors from their salon book. I picked 4 different colors and each time the stylist went to the back room and came back to explain that they were out of the colors I wanted. Finally the stylist stated that she has a color in mind that would lighten my hair. I trusted her expertise and agreed. The stylist was sweet in person but would talk rudely about customers to the other stylists who finally showed up, while they were in the back room. The stylist working on my hair was not attentive and was in a way lazy by wanting to do the easier way rather than what the customer was wanting. After 3hrs my hair came out a red color (not at all what she said it would be nor what I wanted!) and after I told her I'm growing my hair out so please just do a half inch trim which the stylist ended up cutting 2 inches off my already short hair and then had the nerve to try and explain why she was leaving one side of my hair a little in even compared to the other side and how it's just because it's wet is why it looks shorter than it really is! I was appalled by the service and the fact that now I have to pay to have another salon fix the color and wait even longer for my hair to grow back.
