On Tuesday, February 22, I brought my car to your store to have the tires checked, because at least one seemed to perhaps have a slipped belt. Although I didn't have a service appointment, Chris Matheny was courteous in signing me in and said one of your men would handle it. Mr. Jim Schroeder came to me very soon thereafter, told me that yes, one of the tires was definitely faulty, and he would see what kind of warranty arrangement could be made toward a tire replacement. He later told me he called the Goodyear office and was given an outstanding deal for my purchase of a new set of tires. He had obviously gone to bat for me, with his commitment to offering the best customer service possible. In every part of this situation, Jim was wonderfully courteous and helpful, and I appreciated his whole demeanor of friendliness and respect. While I was there, I noted that he was also very busy helping several other customers with the same kind of cheerful approach that couldn't help but give all of us confidence in his ability to serve with integrity and professionalism. I left that day with a new set of Assurance Comfortreads and a strong appreciation for Jim's kindness and expertise. His service certainly adds to the good experiences I've always had with your staff, and my compliments go to Jim and all of you for such an excellent commitment to your customers such as I've enjoyed. You have one of the finest facilities I have ever been to both in terms of location, atmosphere, and appearance. Furthermore, one of your employees by the name of Jesse, needs and should be recognized for helping me. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I've been in customer service related roles/jobs for over twenty years so I feel I have a pretty good handle one when someone has gone above and beyond. At the same token too, the technician which rendered the work on my 2003 black, 4door Camry, could not have been more efficient. I had my car in and out in less than thirty minutes with have a tire rotation and balance. We are all just doing our jobs but to the level all the staff here at Graham did their job that day, helped me help my customers for the rest of my workday all the faster too both in terms of getting to location and just totally making my day. Putting me into a great, great mood set for the day when I left the building there that morning. I humbly thank you. Please see to it that everyone that helped me that day receives recognition for such outstanding service. I feel it's fully warranted.
Just a note to thank you all for the excellent service you provided on my truck. Returning from a fishing trip on June 10th from the Northeast part of the state, I had what later you diagnosed as a wheel bearing going out- fast. We spotted your place and despite a clearly full schedule, you folks got us in, fixed the truck, and had us back on the highway in short order. Everyone was truly helpful, professional, and friendly. I wanted to let you know how impressed I continue to be with the service at Graham Tire. I want to especially mention Nathan Oglesby whose phone etiquette is top notch as well as his face to face interaction with customers. In addition, Kris King helped me on May 8, 2010 after I drove back to Graham. He was very friendly and made the air pressure in all 4 tires match and answered a question I had about a license plate holder issue. Thanks for the continued GREAT service over the years!
I got a new set of tires yesterday at your 68th and O street location. I wanted to compliment Jesse. He was the guy who booked the appointment for me and the one who had everything lined up for me yesterday when I arrived with my truck. VERY professional, friendly individual. Definitely an asset to Graham Tire in quality customer service. I've worked sales and customer service for 25 years, and learned to appreciate quality. My compliments to him.
I wish to compliment the service I received. I had a vehicle quit on me. The service spent a whole day diagnosing the problem. I initially thought the problem was with a fuel pump. The service did not have a necessary tool (was purchased specially for my problem) to determine if fuel pump was the problem. They determined the problem was clogged EGR valve. I was only charged for the computer diagnosis. Truly a professional organization. Thank you.
Just a note to thank you for the great people you have working at your Mitchell store. I had the misfortune with a tire the other day. When I pulled in there was a man right there to take care of my problem. When I walked into the office Bonnie was right there to take care of the paper work and advice. Best place in Lincoln! They're always so pleasant and fast! Low tire pressure light has been on forever. Took it to Jiffy Lube, they checked and filled the tires and it was still on. They told me my sensor was probably broken. Took it to Tuffy's for an oil change, they checked and filled the tires. Voila! The light is now off! Can't say enough good things about these guys!
I was in Grand Island and had the misfortune of a flat tire. One of your guys, (Isaac Howell), came to my rescue. He was most helpful, polite, very efficient, and pleasant even in the heat. I just want you to know I really appreciated that young man, and would send business your way if the occasion arises. Its young men like Isaac that helps me keep the faith in our country.
