When one of their competitors couldn't fix my LG TV under warranty after 2 weeks, I took it back, and dropped it off at Sperry. They had it fixed, under warranty, within 24 hours!
I bought a computer from someone at gear up I no longer needy computer but would like to get something out of it. So I gave it to them to sell and 3 months later have not gotten a call, email, or anything. I have been going to gear up since 2013 and this is the worst experience I have ever had. 3 months and you cant call me to tell me that it's not getting sold. You could have kept me up to date of who's interested in my computer.
They fixed my iPhone fast and cleaned up viruses on my computer. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Gear Up evaluated my LG Volt power port for free. They were able to order the part. When it came in, they called right away. Once I was able to stop in, they fixed my phone in just a few minutes.They stated price right up front.Very friendly, & helpful.I enjoyed playing the arcade games while waiting for the repair.Thank you gear up!

To the customer who claims we "ripped him off" what you are leaving out is the condition of the iPod when you brought it back in. You clearly dropped it again and wanted us to fix it for free. That is not covered under warranty. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask. Thank you!
