This place goes beyond my expectations. I come here for the massage chairs because it digs deep into your tissue and the eyebrow services for men are professionally done. I recommend this place 100% simply because of the nice staff and professional work.

Terrible experience...very rude male technician who criticized me and cut my nail that bled. I strongly recommend you avoid this nail salon
I got my hair done here and it was completely streaky. It looked like I got a ton of thick highlights all over. My hair looked more natural before I went in than after. I had them redo my hair and all they did was make it worse. I now have about 3 inches of dark brown hair that does not fade well into blonde hair. The lady who did my hair, Katie Vogt, said to me as she was doing my hair, "It's not what you know, it's who you know. I babysat the boss's kids!" Totally unprofessional and by the way she did my hair, she is not qualified to dye hair. Then, Emily Coughlin was sent in to fix it and only gave me darker and more noticeable roots. Not only that one of the receptionists told me that these stylists have worked with celebrities in New York and when I talked to the owner she said that was not true. On top of ALL of that... I wasn't offered a discount. DO NOT GO HERE!
My toes looked worse after I left there. Cut in a strange uneven shape and polish is bumpy and not even to the end of the nail. My acrylic nails are thick amd fat looking which is an unpleasant and not natural look in have been able to achieve elsewhere. 2nd time i have been there tried to give it another chance but so upset to spend $70 amd look worse after leaving than when i came in that I just cant go again. So upset.
My daughter went here to get her hair colored. Only wanted her tips dyed pink. Was told it would be $40. Did not include haurcut. Ended up costing $90. Tips, were barely pink and faded out by the end of the week. Manager did her hair and took advantage of the fact my daughter had never had this done before. Convinced her she needed extra stuff done and then told me she signed a waiver so it was all ok. Totally shady and a rip off. If you go here take a loan first. You'll need it. No costs were actually cut here.
Ann's Nail Spa is one of the best in providing exceptional service in the Lincoln area. This YellowPages.com site had erroneously posted the wrong operating hours for their business. Ann's Nail Spa operating hours are Mon-Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday is 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm. Another thing that is incorrectly posted with this YP web site is it seemed they're linking this "martinis spa" from Omaha to Ann's Nail Spa implying they're affiliated - which they're not. I go to Ann's often and don't want to see my favorite nail spa business hurt because someone neglect to post the correct information.

By far the worst shellac manicure I've ever had! Two of us walked in at 10am and weren't finished till close to 12pm. 2 hours for a manicure and you would think it would be prefect, but it is so far from it. To start they reuse the tin foil that your nails are wrapped in to remove your previous shellac. This means you have someone else's left I've nail polish, skin and germs wrapped around your finger. That's disgusting! They also don't have the modern drying lamp machines that only take 60 seconds. They use the older ones that take 3 minutes which is along enough to heat up your nails to the point of making them red and hot to the touch. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. There's polish on the sides of my fingers and hand. She put 6 coats on and that includes the coat the owner came over and put on when a hair was polished over and "baked" into my nail. They are so thick with polishI'm dreading when I have to get them removed. The polish doesn't go all the up to my cuticles and has big bubbles at the ends because so many coats were put on. Only half of my tips are painted. She cut my cuticles to the point of making them bleed and then just polished over the dried blood. I thought my last must have been new but found she had been there since they opened. You couldn't pay me to go back to this place. I would highly suggest you avoid it!
