D M reviewed Smile Keepers Lincoln CityOctober 09, 2015

I went in for a couple of root canals. The first one still doesn't have a permanent filling and they are telling me I have to pay more for it. I can't afford a crown so I just want the tooth to be useful. I am not going back and I am looking for a new dentist. The Hygienist was completely incompetent and the dentist wasn't much better. At one point the Hygienist dropped a drill bit she was handing to the dentist onto the floor. She picked it up and said, "I can just wipe it off". Luckily the dentist was at least capable enough to tell her to get a fresh bit. She kept bumping into me while I was laid back and had no idea how to take an X-ray. The dentist had to help her on one of the occasions because she was annoying him. They were never organized, they were constantly saying where is this or where is that and then having to get up to go get something. They tortured me for an hour and a half on my first visit and then on my second visit I was tortured for another hour and a half. The longest a root canal has taken me before is around and hour the first visit and 45 minutes the second visit I then walked out with a permanent filling. Not only do I NOT have a permanent filling but the pain still has not gone away. If you are a true masochist and like to feel demeaned you should go to these guys. Oh, and don't get me started on how rude sandy at the receptionist desk is! Look elsewhere people! Look elsewhere!
