Overall

Did not fix my issues on first visit. Since they guaranteed their work, I scheduled to have them back to properly repair the problems. Not once, but twice they failed to keep the scheduled appointment. The first time they phoned me and said their technician could not make the scheduled time-frame, so I rescheduled to accommodate HIS schedule, only to have a no show, and that was after making special arrangements to get off work. Very frustrating!

Overall

The service was good, service man was polite and on time. Over all a good experience. Had all my appliances given a maintenance and was provided information on continuing/extending warranties and all the appliances. I also was giving information about my appliances that was very helpful, as well as cleaning and maintenance I can do to extend their life.
