        Bud helped us tow our vehicle from Lima all the way to Grand Rapids Michigan! He was super responsive, very professional and just seemed like a great guy. We really appreciated his help!

        Haven’t used them and won’t be. Their drivers act like criminals. Observed them cursing and using very vulgar language in front of patrons and children after they got out of their tow trucks and approached a mans vehicle for honking at them. They were blocking the exit to the establishment. I would be absolutely livid if my employees behaved in this manner

        Good family owned company.

        I needed help one night and they saved me time and money by telling me what was wrong with my car and suggesting a shop that could get it done fast. Thanks big Daddys and thanks Michael tire.

        after big daddys unlocked mothers car, she couldnt find her key, so the wonderful (blue eye young man she called him) had her bring the correct paperwork and took his time to take her to the dealership so she could have a key made and took her home. this was very appreciated by me, being that i am 77 miles away. its nice to see people like this are still out there! thanks big daddys
