My 9 am lube and oil appointment was completed in about 35 minutes. I was greeted by name after exiting my vehicle. After a quick signing of the work order, I was briefly escorted to the pleasant customer lounge, where 4 or 5 people were quietly watching TV. A woman cheerfully offered us fresh-baked cookies, but all declined.A gentleman informed me that my vehicle was ready and parked facing the street just outside the showroom.Overall it was a pleasure to do business with this dealership again! The staff are courteous and friendly!
I took my LEASED Nissan Rogue to have it looked at because it stalled. When I got there, the employee looked it up on the computer and said, "You are scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation." I answered, "No, you were asked to take a look at why the car may have stalled. If it needs an oil change, I will have to reschedule because I have another appointment." I had an appointment scheduled 1 1/2 hours later. The employee asked me a couple of questions about the stalling problem and agreed to have it looked at. An hour later, I went to the employee and asked if it would be ready soon, as I had another appointment. He said, "Yes, they are finishing the oil change/ tire rotation and will be done quickly." This was an oil change / tire rotation that was not scheduled or approved. Twenty minutes later, I went to tell the man that I had to get some papers out of the car so I could go to my appointment. I was going to walk there (and arrive late) and then pick up my car. The employee said that my car was done. I had to pay just under $60 for an unauthorized oil change that could have been done for $35.00. If you would like to build positive relationships with your customers, please listen to their wishes. My car didn't even need an oil change for 1,500 more miles! That is at least two months of driving for me.
Do not take your vehicle here. IMO and experience they will say or do whatever they can to deny they did inferior work. They forgot to place a clamp and o-ring in my vehicle. Then when I have to take it to another dealership they deny having forgot to fix it properly. They put a inferior o ring in and told me it was always there. Now at the other dealership and 500$ total out of pocket I am having their mistakes fixed. No refund, just excuse on why they didn't do it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
Within the first 3 months of owning the vehicle, I had nothing but issues. My transmission was going out. Josh said he would fix it for free if I took it to his transmission guy. After a week in the shop, the van still has the same issue. Took it back, no one can find anything wrong with the transmission. Rack and pinion needed replaced. Replaced it out of my pocket after Josh paid too much for the transmission (that's still broke). Then new mechanic noticed the sway bar was bent.. Once again I paid for it to get fixed. The tires have dry rot and needs brakes. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I know I learned my lesson. Better luck on craigslist or anywhere else.
Live about an hour away and get serviced about every 3 months. The gentlemen get me in ASAP - sometimes the next day they squeeze us in. The only reason it is not a 5 star rating is that we get serviced and it takes anywhere from 45 mins to an hour and a half. We have been to other dealerships in SW KS and NW TX and have been in and out in less than 30 mins. Otherwise - great place!!!

We purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership in 2014. The Rogue broke down on us while visiting family in PA. The Nissan dealership the car was towed to treated us like family. The check engine light comes on back in Ohio and Reinke says it will be a couple of days until we can get to. I asked fro a loaner or a rental and they said they do not do that. Night and day difference between dealerships.
I recently purchased a 2009 Smart Car to use as a tow vehicle behind my RV from Josh and his dad, Bill. I must say that the complete transaction was quick and painless. I was very satisfied with how fast their service department got the car ready including checking all the fluids, tire pressures, and changing the oil and filter. He even gave me a FREE tank of gas. I would highly recommend "Josh's All Under Ten" dealership in Elida Ohio for a good running and dependable used car.
bought a car 5years ago from them never had one problem, car finally gave up and had better then 198,000 on it, looks like we will be stopping buy again, i think they could be a little more flexible on payments, but overall not to bad of a place...
