I am extremely disappointed with my nails and my experience at your salon. I can ignore the sight of old, used and cracked salon chairs in a new business but I cannot ignore having to rub antibiotic and anti scar cream every day after leaving your salon. The skin was ripped off of my foot when the scrubber came up too high on my foot. After complaining of it burning you came back with a bottle of drops and put it on my wound without telling me what it was you were putting on my skin. You said it was to stop the bleeding. I don't believe it did anything but feel like acid on my skin burning even more. After my toes were done (one big toe filed down more than the other) you proceeded to file my nails. They were filed down so severely on the sides than I developed sores. The sores took days of me rubbing triple antibiotic ointment before they stopped giving me pain. My foot, by the way, still hurts. I am not a person to to complain much. In fact, if I'm dissatisfied I usually stay quiet and just never revisit again...but this time I can't. On top of being in pain with open sores (which I'm very lucky to not get some sort of infection) the gel mani/pedi started peeling off WAY before it's supposed to. My polish started to peel only 3 days after I left your salon. A typical gel manicure will last me 3 to 6 weeks. I'm sending pictures to back up my complaints.

My daughter had a very bad experience in there today. I called and tried to reason with the business owner. She kept interrupting me. I told my daughter to never go back there again. The problem was that the BO advertised that she accepted Creek Bucks on her Facebook page when she did not.
Horrible customer service and poor quality service. My daughter's experience was not good. Lady was rude and constantly interrupted me when I called to discuss this with her over the telephone. I do not recommend.
