Overall

I won't go here again! Rude! Rude! Rude! I took my son for his drivers license and the examiner we had was very unpleasant. No eye contact, short answers...
(while we can all remember how nervous we were) he passed written test and when on the road test he asked a couple of "break the ice" questions with the examiner and after totally being ignored, his nerves got to him. Failing the test is acceptable, but such a poor attitude with public is not. Hope DMV has training course on courteous public interface with its employees!

Overall

This place deserves no stars. Closes from 11:30-1:00 for lunch? What an awesome job to have an hr and a half lunch. Went there for a road test and waited 2 hours only to denied one because it was 4 o'clock. What's the point of computers if you can't prioritize customers? There was a total of 3 people ahead of me and it took her 3 hours to attend to customers. I dealt with another lady who wouldn't give a road test because my insurance documents wouldn't suffice to North Carolina paperwork that was needed. I proceeded to tell her that I still wanted to take a road test (even called another dmv to check that I could in fact still take a road test) and understood there would be a restriction and yet she still proceeded to deny me a road test. After much persistence and telling her that she was allowed to do it, she finally have me road test. I should have known she would fail me because she did. She told me I was speeding when I wasn't. It was 35 mph and it went to 20 mph. She told me I was going 28 mph. She said I was still speeding and I told her I was slowing down because the speed changed, she said I didn't check traffic which I did and the fact that she couldn't name the instance to where I didn't check, and she said I did a rolling stop sign which I know I didn't. I have been a driver for 7 years and I feel like I was wrongfully failed. Out of all the comments, the only thing I agreed on was that my backing up was sloppy. Other than that, she failed me out of spite. She was also continuously on the phone despite me being the customer she should attend to. Also I find it hard to concentrate on a road test when you're on the phone doing other business don't you think? Overall, this place is this worst dmv I be ever been to. Very unprofessional people that work there.
