Great sales experience - knowledgeable and low pressure. Michelle paid attention to what I wanted ... not just what they had on the lot. Never felt like anyone was "selling" me on anything I didn't need, up to and including the finance dept. I highly recommend Pauly and will be back next time for sure!!

We just bought our tenth car from Pauly. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with Pauly and the Honda brand. Niall Orr and Bernie Trout are great. And, Julie does a fantastic job with the servicing of our cars.

This is the third Honda that I have gotten from Pauly Honda in past 10 years and they are such a good dealer to deal with that I have also in past got a Acura RDX from their Acura dealership! Lisa at the dealer was wonderful to deal with and went over everything on the new car when I picked it up! Wonderful car and dealership to deal with! Not one problems with them!

The sales manager is slimy.

I came to an agreement on a price and was told to wait while they wrote up the contract and washed the exterior of the car. I waited for at least 30 minutes while the three people helping me went AWOL. I had to hunt them down only to have them come out and tell me that the price they had given me, that the sales rep had signed, wouldn't work for them. The first thing I asked when they gave me the signed agreement was if there would be ANY additional charges added on other than what I had just signed. The answer was no, we're just washing your car, and so and so will walk you through the contract. I tried to express my grievance to the sales manager but he refused to listen, talked over me and my concerns, and told me it's not his fault and he can't change the past. I did not ask to be lied to or misled. I did not ask to be held hostage because no one was able to come to me directly and tell me what I was waiting for. I feel scammed.

I brought a 2013 accord touring from another dealer for a pre-sales inspection and road test. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Answered my questions and pointed out a few issues on the car that needed attention. Overall a great experience. And they have a very open appointment calendar vs many of the other Honda dealers.

Great service department, and employees. Always on the spot for recalls and scheduled maintenance. Never went to a dealership for routine maintenance after buying a new car, but the folks at Pauly changed my attitudes toward dealer service. 5 stars!

I had to go to Pauly Honda for a recall. I made an appointment online which was super easy and convenient to do. The paperwork said it would take 30 min and it actually did! The staff checked me in quickly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and everyone was polite and happy to help me.

I have always been treated with respect when I have went to their service department. Julie is a top notch service person who always does a great job with a nice smile, always. I have never encountered any problems at Pauly Honda and am happy to recommend their service department to Honda owners.

Absolutely horrible! If you're going to have an oilchange, fine, but when it comes to actual repairs..avoid at all costs! Took my Pilot in due to some noise in the front drivers side tire, the next thing I know I'm being told that I need $1500 worth of repairs. I then took my vehicle to another Honda dealer in Gurnee & the job was fixed and completed for under $500. A $1,000 difference! Not to mention the service tech was upset that I decided not to do the repairs and had a very unprofessional attitude when I decided to take my vehicle. I will NEVER take my Honda there for service again!!

WONDERFUL DEALER AND STAFF

I have been going to Pauly Honda for past 12 years. I bought in 1999 and again in 2010. As with ANY dealer, if you go in prepared you will have a wonderful experience. This last purchase in 2010 was such a pleasant experience. As a ""return"" customer, I was treated with nothing but respect. Was given such a great deal for my trade in (no, not my1999 Honda but a 1998 Mercury) as well as a good price for the 2010. My 1999 still is in GREAT shape and condition. I have had only GREAT experiences in the service department as well and they do NOT try to sell you on things you don't need. Everyone has always been professional and friendly and quite accomodating.
GIVE THEM A TRY. I WILL GO BACK FOR A 3RD!
