Do not go. They are a highly political business and over priced.

My grandson loves this place! We buy a season pass, it's the best value around. So much better value than the movies (which we enjoy) Opens the third saturday in September until 4 pm October 31. 7 days a week. Amazing on how they do so much. Thank you to Carolyn and her family for sharing their family farm!

Provided by SuperpagesIt is the BEST Pumpkin Patch in the Kansas City metro area. Allow enough time to do everything .... animals, 60 acres of pumpkins, BIG train on a 1/2 mile track, tractor wagon rides, gem stone mining, fossil house, awesome play yard, great food, two retail stores ..... Family Season Pass ... Awesome value!! Check out their website. They also do spring and fall farm tours. BIG FAMILY TRADITION

We practically live out to Carolyn's in the fall. It is awesome. They are weather dependant - so somethings they can't help ... such as rain. Lots to do. As far as the admission price - Family pass or Season Pass is the value. Need to remember this is a family farm not supported by public dollars. All in all it is cheaper than some of the other places we take the kids and it is outside. Can't wait for the next season to start!

We were EXTREMELY disappointed. Not only did we have to pay $8 each to get it, but the hayride took us back to a PUMPKIN GRAVEYARD! Every pumpkin was either smashed, dead or dying (to the point where there were just seeds left!) When we went to the petting zoo, there were piles of feces making it unbearable to even breathe in there. The pumpkins that we did find were very small and come to find out we even had to pay EXTRA for even those! On top of that, we paid $3 per person to ride the train and by that time, they stopped running the train!
This pumpkin patch not only disappointed the children, but really disappointed us. Many other parents had the same complaint and just left.
They're not running a business, they're running a scam.
