Went In To Have My Truck Tinted Austin And Rick Did Suck A Great Job On It Lexington Location Is The Best Thanks A Million!

This business is AWESOME!! I bought a brand new Kia and the girl at the Lexington location worked me in the same day!! she was very patient with me as I had no idea there were so many options for window tint. I then decided to get my husband's truck tinted for his birthday and their Two Notch location was closer to work so I dropped it off and had a pleasant experience there as well. Can't beat their nationwide lifetime warranty and great service.

Had my car tinted 7 times before it was finally correct. They also damaged my car in 4 places and they refuse to pay for the repairs and they don't care to call you back at all. Not do they have any respect for your time!

Recently had my new car tinted at Palmetto Pro Tint in Lexington SC. The staff was not polite or helpful at all. The girl working at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favor taking my business. The installer I talked to acted like he had better things to do and said "well i guess we can go ahead and get it done today." Once the work was finished I took the car home and was happy with it. After about 3 weeks the bank window still had bubbles and crease marks in it. Great, now i get to go back and deal with them again. This is a great place to do business with. I came in and I was not aware that there was as many choices out there as they are. The people was very helpful in telling me all about he choices that I had. And the in side of this business was very nice and clean. It look almost as if I was walking into a Doctors office instead of a tinting business. Far exceeded all my expections!

This is a great place to work with. The shop was outstanding! Very clean. The folks that work there seemed to go out of there way to help me understand what I was getting and explained the product and how it worked very well. Very imformative with everything. I have now got all 3 of my cars tinted there and I will forever be a customer of Palmetto Pro Tint. I have shoped around at the other shops in Columbia and no one compairs to this place!!

You should consider having your automobile tinted elsewhere. The first experience I had with Palmetto Tint was great. I had my tail lights tinted and they turned out nice. I told some friends and then went back to have my 3rd brake light tinted and my reflectors tinted and everything went downhill from there. They said that they were going to put film on it and it would be ready in a few hours. I went back to pick my car up and the manager was there. He told me that they had messed up my car and painted my white bumper black. He said that they would have it fixed and pay for it. I was like ok I understand stuff happens, I wasn’t mad and was willing to work with them. He gave me a number and name of a body shop that only works weekday and being in a military school, it was going to be impossible to get released to get this taken care. Two weeks later I am still trying to get this resolved and they kept giving me a wrong number to an alternate body shop to get this fixed. I noticed when I got home that they didn’t put the inside of my car on the inside back together around the brake light and there was also paint all around the light as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It is a waste of time. People go into businesses and order what they want and when you don’t give them the product they order and mess it up doing it your way, you should at least …offer them their money back, but instead the manager Rick said “oh I wasn’t here when they did it.” Nonetheless you are still responsible for your employee’s actions. I am very frustrated with the whole situation. So to save you from going through what I had to deal with, go with a place that is known for their quality work. I would rather pay more for quality than get a deal and have to deal with this and someone ruining my brand new car.

Not very professional. The person behind the counter is very rude. There's a big no-smoking sign inside the garage and the guy installing the tint have a cigarette hanging from his mouth. My car windows was down and smoke was getting in the car.

To his credit, the smoking man did a descent job on the install but unfortunately the guy behind the counter did a pi$$ poor job on the other side (did not clean the window well enough before putting the film in and left residue between the film and and window). He even try to hide the bad job by spraying the car with water.

I recommend finding another place to put tint on your window.
