The staff is very nice and dow...

The staff is very nice and down-to-earth. They do not intimidate you or make you feel hopeless. They will work to find you a way to finance a car if possible. Also, as a young woman, I appreciated how the male employees did not "talk down" to me or belittle me (I have experienced that at other places).
