The car was arranged by my insurance company after an accident. I was first given a Jeep Liberty, upon driving it I discovered it had a bad hub assembly. The wheel had a grinding noise NOT affected by the brake. As a professional mechanic with over 35 years experience I returned the vehicle within 10 minutes. I told then the Jeep needed repaired. They quickly upgraded the vehicle to a Dodge minivan, but before I was even given the keys they had re-rented the Jeep to a customer. I told them again, it needed repair...i was ignored. When I returned the vehicle they tried to get ME to pay for the overages (taxes) with my credit card. I refused and told them my insurance company will cover all the cost. The vehicle was returned MUCH cleaner than it was issued! Overall, a very shady business, NOT professional.

I needed a rental car since my vehicle had to be serviced at the dealership. My dealership rep recommended this location. They were professional and flexible as well. I rented the car for three days but, my car wa repaired in two days. This location allowed me to leave it at the dealership and only charged me for two days. That's what I call good service. The dealership was Honda of Columbia. I think everyone was great, thank you.
I requested a Tahoe. Was given an Expedition instead. That is fine, but why give a paying customer a filthy car. The car had not been washed, nor had the interior been cleaned from the prior rental. Dirty floor, sticky steering wheel, and Cheerio cereal in back seats. Also, no rear wiper blade on car. Not pleased at all. Also, felt hassled by salesman trying to upswell services. Will go elsewhere next time.
Rental dates July 8, to 22, 2016 This is the worst car I have ever driven. Had to use a towel to keep for getting a blister on my right leg. I don't know the last time the car was detailed. You would be amazed at what was found in the car. Old rental agreement from June 2016 receipts from May 2016 Lexington NC. All inside windows were filthy. We had to clean the windows before we could start our trip. The windshield washer fluid was low. Trash throughout the car. In the pockets on doors under seats, in the console and glove compartment. When I called the Branch and told them about the rental agreement in the glove box I was told to throw it in the trash. Which I did. We always use Enterprise, but in the future we may not. but if we do decide to return to Enterprise we will definitely check out the car before we leave the office.
