I always give businesses three chances, but now, I have had three negative experiences from the Lexington Park, MD location, so I am done with them.

The first strike: I reserved a car, but when I showed up to pick it up, they were out of cars, so what was even the point of making a reservation.

The second time I rented a car and the metal frame on the bottom of the car fell off when I was on the interstate. I had no road incidents that would have damaged the car, so it was a poor maintaince issue on their end.

The third time, I returned a car and they failed to close the ticket so my credit card was charged twice and I was accused of not returning the car. It took hours for me to resolve the situation. I had to call the BWI location, which never answers their phone, where I rented the car, the Lexington park location where I returned the car and the head office several times to resolve.

Three strikes you're out.

Next time I rent it will be with Budget.

Horrible customer service! Whitney, manager in training, is rude and knows nothing about customer service. I reserved my car; when I went to pick it up I was told there was a $200 deposit required. I was never informed of this. I had to extend my reservation and was told I could leave the rental at the body shop. I was charged for storage over the weekend, which was a mistake. I had to call and get it changed. It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They aren't talking to each other. I returned my car and was STILL charged a weekend fee. Even though it was fixed, I shouldn't have had to go through that in the first place. Whitney needs to keep on training because she is nowhere near being ready for a management position with her rude, nasty disposition and the way she talks to people.
