Absolutely terribly ran company. I purchased furniture in June, paying on it for when I planned to move in October. When purchased, one piece was going to have to be ordered. Four months later, I call about having it delivered, that second piece still is not in. I was told it should be in later that week. I call later that week. Not only was this piece not in, but they say that they do not have either piece in and that they would have to be ordered. Finally it was set to be delivered weeks after I requested and they give a time frame of arrival, which of course they are late for, causing me to be late for work. Terrible experience with this company. Go elsewhere if at all possible.

Spend your money elsewhere!I"ve been bed shopping for 6 months, and saw a bed that I liked at Furniture World Superstore. Since January, the marked price tag has been $699. F.W.S. had advertised a storewide 50% off sale, so when I went to actually purchase the bed I was expecting a price of around $350. The price tag read $579, clearly not 50% off. When I questioned the salesperson, I was told that that IS 50% off. Called the Lexington store for clarification, and after waiting on hold for 7+ minutes, called back to speak to a manager. This particular manager (Tom) informed me that the 50% off was applied to the MSRP, and NOT to their everyday price, hence the $579 price. How is this truthful advertising?Filed a complaint with the Lexington BBB, not expecting much of a resolution. F.W.S. handled the complaint by simply re-stating their position, NOT offering any sort of resolution. It's sad that the BBB will let them keep their accreditation, thereby encouraging less than fair business practices.
