Had serious issues with the branch of this company located in Louisville. Absolutely terrible. They were repossessing my neighbor's car but they totally impeded my driveway for an hour and a half and REFUSED to move. Couldn't go to the store at all!! I wonder who else's rights they violated to repo a vehicle at somebody else's house. Did I mention that it is against ordinance to block a driveway to get at the neighbor's car as well as call the police for repo assistance. Remember, this is the Louisville branch. Had to give one star since I can't submit without one. Company doesn't deserve one star, more like a negative 1000. Contacted company about the incident and they have decided not to respond to my legitimate complaint.

If I could give 0's I would. I tried working with this place. I kept in contact with the office from the day they called me. I was honest and upfront about where the vehicle was, where I lived now and everything. Set up a time for them to come and get it, and these sneaky snakes in the grass show up at night, no lights on, coming pulling up in my driveway and say I need to give them the vehicle. They're the biggest bunch of liars and thieves ever.
I paid them to tow a vehicle for me. Took them a day and a half to get it to me when it was supposed to be same day. I called the next morning and was told that the driver went home with it til next day. Told me it will be there some time today. Very unprofessional. Price was good but time was ridiculous.
Great towing company! Highly recommend using this company! Reasonable prices. Friendly and professionally ran!
My car was towed from eastland bowling lanes while next door at the silver cue. Had been bowling for an hour then played pool for no more than an hour. Came out and car was gone. Total scam.
Absolute garbage, I had my car towed out of a legally parked spot that I park at all the time and had to wait for 2 hours for someone to show up. Then, I had to argue with the owner and explain to him why my car wasn't supposed to have been towed; the guy is a prick. Didn't seem to understand basic logic and reasoning. Eventually, I got my car out after threatening to call the police for automobile theft and even then it took a minute to sink into his thick bald head. It wouldn't have been such a big deal (I totally get that mistakes happen) if it wasn't for the 2 hour wait and ensuing unnecessary argument. I had to go to work at 8:00 AM and didn't end up home until 1:30. Thanks.
I got towed off a lot downtown because it was 3 AM and I knew the business owner didn't care if people used his lot during business hours; but that's okay. It's these guy's jobs to tow illegally parked cars out of lots and they had a contract with the business owner. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered trying to get my car back, however, was nightmarishly unbelievable. First off, this operation is essentially an unmanned garage full of towed cars with no actual people working there. In order to retrieve our car we had to call the owner and wait outside in freezing rain for 53 minutes (he said he'd be there in "a few") while he took his time getting there. Then we actually had to deal with the owner and, wow, what a piece of work! He cursed unashamedly and unprovoked at my girlfriend, laid out insults, lied to us about being able to use a credit card, tried to explain away all the cursing as being directed at me(as if it mattered), continued on to tell me to "grow up" (I'm a 23 year old graduate student) and was just generally unprofessional. I hate getting towed as much as the next guy but this man's infantile actions were entirely uncalled for. If you own a business in Lexington I would highly recommend you avoid using this place and pick one of the more professionally run towing companies in town. Even Bluegrass blows this place out of the water when it comes to common decency.
