App was having difficulties, food arrived incorrect. TAMMY handled the call with a I don't care attitude. It's all out of her hands because it was ordered thru the app. She was rude and unprofessional. If a customer is complaining about a app error,it is the companies responsibility to make it right without hesitation. The order was over $50 dollars,and she instructed me to just pour my sauce on it with a attitude. The tenders was supposed to be dipped. She was more concerned about coming back out and taking a loss. If I was her superior she would be without a job,due to her customer service skills. She laughed at me while hanging up, after I asked to speak to her superior. She needs to work from home if she can't problem solve. Rude,rude, rude! She could've made it right. I'll spread the word in this area about her attitude. It only takes one bad experience for multiple loss of customers. Corporate was called hopefully they address her.
The owners are crooks that don't pay there bills or cost for there contractor for his work. The good isn't bad . But I don't want my friends supporting them!!
It's too bad there aren't negative ratings. Ordered salad and burger's. The burgers were dry and tastless. We're talking inedible. Hockey pucks would have been preferable. The salad was brown. The fries were limp but they were the best part of the meal. Two burgers, salad, apple bites $40. I wouldn't recommend this place my worst enemy.
The service is terrible. Will be calling corporate. Order all the time from them. My mom in law is 72 years old and handed wrong coupon to them so they refuse to take anymore coupons from her. There were three on the paper and she cut the first instead of the second. She was trying to explain why when the manager hung up on her. Good food but horrible customer service. Should have more respect for our seniors. Shameful.
First let me start off with the fact that I love Lees chicken (crispy and spicy jumbo dippers). Unfortunately, I now see the reason Lees is doing so poorly in comparison to KFC is due to customer service. I came through the drive through last night around 9:30 (they close at 10) and requested jumbo dippers. The manager, whom seems careless, asked if it would be okay if he gave me 2 or 3 strips because they were short a few dippers. I said okay, but what I ended up receiving were about 10 dippers, 5 extra small crust balls, and 2 spicy strips. I was supposed to receive 20 JUMBO spicy dippers with the meal so I drove back through and requested they make more. They told me it'd be 15 minutes and the young man who I'm guessing was the manager seemed quite annoyed. Now my boyfriend works as a chef in a high end restaurant and breading chicken and dropping them into the frier is quite SIMPLE. They were just being lazy. This happened last week too where they had to make the spicy dippers because they were out so obviously this is a habit with them. Anyway, I drive off to get gas and return 15 minutes later to pick up my food. I'm handed an incredibly soggy box of dippers. I taste them and the taste acidic and foul. Never before had I tasted something so disgusting, especially not from Lees. I cannot say with 100% certainty what caused this taste, but I surely had my "suspicions." So by this time it just turned 10 and I pull back around and still remaining calm ask if they would try one to see the taste I was describing. The young man agreed too and at first said they tasted okay( the crust was fine), but that he did indeed taste the strange, acidic flavor. What was I offered for all this trouble and hassle? Just a refund, and I was told I could keep the sides. Oh how nice of him. I still ended up paying for the extra two sides I had bought on top of the meal. It just really irks me that I drive all the way from Nicholasville Rd to this location and didn't even receive the food I came for. I will definitely be putting in a call to corporate, but I just wanted to write this review to forewarn other potential customers that they may be better off eating elsewhere.
I'm completely disappointed in the Management at Lee's on Richmond Road. I went through the Drive Thru last Sunday for Dinner. I arrived home without any "Sides". Needless to say, my Family was more than upset! I called immediately and spoke with the Manager, which could have cared less about the mistake. He had the nerve to say "When you come back in, we will give you your Mashed Potatoes/Gravy & Green Beans"....REALLY????? You will give me something i've already purchased? HUH???? Come again? After you've ruined my Sunday Family Dinner? Wouldn't you offer to reimburse and give something for compensation? I'm a small business owner and would NEVER treat a paying customer like this! He could have cared less, and was barely responding to me....Forget it, Lee's! KFC is directly across the street! Im headed there next time, and PROMISE I will not return again. You've lost our business!!!
