I would have to give you No Stars.... Because I sent a message for you to cancel my Order and then I started getting papers sporadically. For instance Today's Paper is the First Paper I've seen in 2 weeks. .. I was amazed by this arrival. ... I figured that you had finally got my message I'd sent a few weeks before the papers ever stated arriving. If you think you will get 1 red cent from me you are sadly mistaken. Good Luck Even Trying. This is the poorest excuse for a Circulation Department I've ever seen.
Pd for subscription 11/2 wks ago, still no delivery. Today roads are fine still no delivery. Others in area have their paper. Is it your office or carrier at fault?
Re: account # 5646875I have been trying since September 2012 to straighten out my subscription problem. I have sent hard copies of my cancelled check to the business office.... noone ever saw it. I faxed copies of my cancelled check via fax..... Noone responded. The carrier I had at the beginning of 2012 cashed my check and did not pay the Herald Leader. I still owe the Herald Leader for service January 2013-February 2, 2013.I will have my attorney deal with this next. Please respond.
