Arrived 30 minutes before showtime. Were forced to buy crappy second row seats though the theater was empty. Even at showtime plenty of empty seats. Was told seats have to be reserved "because they recline.". Really. That was the reason they gave. I told them that made no sense whatsoever and I did not care if the seats reclined. But we got stuck in secobd row seats where the picture was fuzzy frtom us being too close to screen, and the sound was too loud. I feel sorry for the people stuck in the front row. There is no way they could possibly see the whole screen clearly from that perspective. The picture is poor quality in the second row, much less the first. And seats should be first come first serve anyway. And, for good measure, the kid at the front ticket taking desk asked to see into my purse. He glanced in it after I opened it, but he certainly did not have a clear view of the entire contents and I could easily have had a weapon in the bottom and he never would have known, so the whole thing was a farce. Some untrained kid pretending to be security. We will never go back. If I want to be hassled about my seats and go through a fake security screening, I'll go to the airport, thanks.
Arrived at 12:45 for the 12:50 showing of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. at the Regal in Lexington, K. Even though the seating was wide open – more than two-thirds of the seats were empty – we waited 26 minutes to get our tickets. There were only 2 people manning the ticket box office (one of them the manager, so he was unavailable to complain to) and we missed a good portion of the film’s opening scenes. If it weren’t our daughter’s 16th birthday, we would have happily walked away. Perhaps we were lucky to at least get in to the theater. We saw many frustrated theater-goers waiting a comparable amount of time only to be informed that their choice of films was sold out. No announcements beforehand to the growing crowd. Not likely to make the effort to visit Regal again and will gladly advise friends and family to do the same. Is it possile to rate leas than 1 star?
Fully remodeled, reclining seats that are huge, spacious aisles, great sound and screen quality. Totally enjoyable.
Does not care about the customers at all. They suck at it.
All movie times you look up are correct if you need help with something they will help you. There are always people working and they act like they want to be there. I love Cinemark Fayette Mall!!
I love this place! If you are on a budget this is the place to go and spend awesome family time together! GREAT FAMILY MEMORIES ON THE CHEAP!!!
One of the best theatre I have been in.
