Lighter Than Air, Inc.

I had been pulling my hair out trying to find a company that would answer their phone, do a delivery of a simple balloon bouquet for a 3 year old and, do it at a reasonable price. I didn't call this company at first because from their website it looked like they just did parties. But I finally did, thank goodness. Fran answered the phone with the first pleasant voice I'd heard and was more than helpful in assisting me with my order. I was so relieved and happy to finally find someone who still knew what customer service meant. I have the balloon bouquet set up to be delivered in 3 days so I haven't even gotten the input on how it looks. But, I have a feeling it will be just what I asked for and more so I felt the need to go ahead and write this review. Companies who still operate like they want to make customers happy deserve to know it's appreciated. And the public needs to know who the good companies are. Thank you Fran and Lighter Than Air!! C.
