My experience with Amazon has always been positive personally and working at UPS as a driver with Return services for clients. I’m in the hub of 11738. This peak season and before hand we work with Amazon services to deliver packages as well as pick up returns for RS 1,2,3. The return services of fulfillment is very accommodating. As a UPSer and working collaboratively with Amazon, services render to excellence.
Amazon takes value in shipping, packaging and products. Being an employee for UPS #1 Global Leader in Logistics I can surely attest to Amazon fulfillment being a side by side match to the integrity of infrastructure within
Personally as a consumer and using the return services it’s been very easy.

They sent me a Windows 10 tablet with no product key, they said they sent email with product key in it , NO EMAIL, I had AOL check for me, they said it was on pkg or inside box NOTHING I called MIcrosoft, Amazon.com, and Amazon fulfillment services 12 times starting last Friday when I received it. Got the run around even from Microsoft!!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine that

I have always been a satisfied Amazon customer. Even when I was sold a fake item, Amazon, issued me a full reimbursement, and they let me keep the item. Most of the items, I ordered from Amazon came from this distribution center. Amazon, is an amazing business, worthy of their name that is derived from the Amazon River.



However, if they start charging taxes for where I live, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Amazon doesn't do anything they say they will.
