Never, ever shopping at Ashley Furniture again. We purchased a dresser 16 months ago and the facade of 2 drawers started to tear. Despite having the protection plan, neither the warranty agency nor Ashley will send us new drawers. They don't seem to grasp standing by the quality of their product. Two months of being on hold and totally inconvenienced by not having 2 drawers. Grrr ....

We have purchased living room sets for two living rooms and two bedroom sets from this location. Customer service has been fine, and whenever there has been a problem with the merchandise, they have made it right. True, you cannot be in a hurry for your furniture to shop here, but if you plan ahead it's a great experience.
***Be prepared for a headache when dealing with Ashley Furniture; the worst customer service I have ever experienced!***Long story short:-Spent $5,000 in living room furniture (love the furniture, no complaints)-Sales staff initially friendly-Waited 8 weeks for partial delivery-Multiple errors with order, wrong items, overcharge-HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE with in-store staff, corporate service hotline, and warehouse staff while trying to ressolve issues -In total, 4 delivery dates spanning 3 months-No refund for being overcharged

The same thing just happens to me. I found a The same thing just happened to me. I found a better mattress at a better price elsewhere better bed elsewhere for less price. I called and can't get a refund. I'm totally wasting my money on an inferior product. Consumer have a right to return any product if they are u unsatisfied. I am highly unsatisfied. I will never do business or recommend them to anyone.

Treat employees like crap. Also Instead of donating clearanced comforters and pillows or anything for that matter Lori directs employees to throw in dumpster even after asking to donate to homeless or shelters. Will NEVER buy anything EVER from this place. It's pathetic and sad. BADDD MANAGEMENT!
I bought a Groupon to use here and it was a BIG MISTAKE.I called yesterday to ask about inventory--just looking for a twin mattress, box spring and frame. I was quoted a price of $150-200 which seemed reasonable. So, I made an appointment and went by the shop today. As soon as the merchants found out I had the Groupon, the original quoted price doubled to over $400--for a TWIN MATTRESS. Of course I pointed out the issue and I got some sort of ridiculous response that they only get half of the price I paid and they have to make money, etc. etc. I let them know that they were better off not offering a Groupon than to gouge customers. I could buy a top of the line mattress, box springs and frame for $400 or a mediocre full set.
