About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Excellent, friendly service. Even if there is a line, it moves very quickly.

Today I went to 2041 Creative Dr #100, Lexington, KY 40505 to receive a refund of $64.60 that I was verbally promised on Dec 29, 2016 by a PO supervisor named Jeff. I shipped a package Dec 14 with the guarantee that my package would arrive to it's destination by Christmas. It didn't arrive until Jan 2017 On Dec 29 I drove to the post office & talked to a worker named Charles. He said he didn't know how to handle the situation so he went to get his supervisor, Jeff. Reviewing my receipt Jeff said I would receive a refund of $64.60 once there was confirmation that the package was delivered. Didn't make sense to me but he ASSURED me 3 times that if I returned w/ a receipt & proof the package had been delivered I would be refunded. Today, Jan 25, 2017, with proof of delivery, I went to get my promised refund. Again, Charles was there. Again, he didn't know what to do so he went to get a supervisor. She had a brown bob, light blue glasses,50/60s. She said I was not entitled to a refund. I said "Jeff guaranteed I would get a refund" She responded "Well, he's new, he doesn't know what he's talking about - he's not here today". Brown bob said I mailed it in the wrong format and that I was not entitled to a refund. I pursued more information. I asked questions. I said "This is gross incompetence You've all told me different things. What am I supposed to do?" She wrote down an 800 #. She then said, "THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER GET OUT OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE".Charles just stood there looking embarrassed. Another older blonde worker w/ glasses just stared blankly ahead. Had she just threatened to call the police on a woman who is 7 months pregnant for wanting customer service? I got my phone out to call the 800 # to pursue the matter further- she said I wasn't allowed to call from inside the building or she was CALLING THE POLICE. Being 7 months pregnant this put unwarranted and terrible strain on me and my baby - I felt very scared and unsafe in that post office.

My wife has parked her car in front of our house for 16 years and never had a problem with mail carriers having access to our mailbox. This has come to an end with my new carrier. I've received numerous complaint letters about access to the mailbox. I measured the distance from the front of the car to the mailbox,17Ft. I think that's more than enough room to get away from my mailbox. I went to the Post Office today and complained to the supervisor there only to be told to expect more complaint letters. She crumpled up my information in front of me and through it away. I'm always polite to the carriers when I see them or when they leave a package at my door. I even thanked a mail carrier today that left a package, but I'm not going to put up with abuse from the Post Office and if I have to I'll call my Congressman and Senator and make formal complaints. God, I miss the days when letter carriers walked their beat and were like friends to us, the public. Oh, I almost forgot, I was also told that letter carriers were not permitted to put their vehicle in reverse. I'm sorry but if they can't be trusted backing the truck up a foot or so they shouldn't be allowed to drive them in the first place.
