went through the drive thru tonight, @7:40 pm and was told by the manager at the speaker that she wasnt taking any orders at the time, i ask why and she said because her & the cook were the only employees there and she wasnt working front & drive through, i left and drove around the building and there were 3 employees standing outside smoking... what is wrong with that picture? think they need a new manager, will never go back. drove across the street to mcdonalds!!!
This is the worst I was ever treated at any place. Period. Cashier was very rude. Didn't give me a total just snatched my card. No please thank you or go to hell. But she did pretty much tell me to go to hell with her actions
Second time where I left unhappy. Bread was old or at least it had that old taste. Nearly no chilli or chesse on the coneys. As much as I love Gold Star I won't go back to this one.
DISGUSTING personal hygiene on the part of the employees. Even MORE disgusting attitudes when they are asked to follow basic legal hygiene requirements. If the worker's aren't fired, DON'T GO HERE. You'll have the WORST food prepared, and the WORST attitude you've ever faced at a restaurant.
1 star because they do not have negative ones. The kids behind the counter are slow, rude and loud. The food probably tasted better frozen. Do not go there.
I have been trying to find a number for lane allen rd store ,my mother loves burger king and she had a great experience the other day and she asked me to tell Sharelle ? Manger how much my Mother Elizabeth Owens has talked about how she went out of her way to help her I Really appreciate that she has Parkinson's disease and things come hard for her at times !!! The BEST take out burger in town. And the milkshakes are so good they'll make you want to smack ya granny!
This is a disgusting place. We were in drive through getting dinner, and we saw the cooks eating with their gloves on, then cooking with the same gloves on. We told the manager, but he didn't do anything. Do not go to that Taco Bell. They also forget food a lot.
The only decent thing about this location is their desserts. When it comes to food everything I've ever ordered from burgers to corn dogs / chili dogs to tater tots taste like they've been sitting out for hours. BEWARE of their corn dogs bc even if you request fresh ones at intercom all they do is dip old ones back in frier. How do I know this? Because they are completely black and falling apart from the stick and hard as a rock. This isn't from frying them too long, but rather taking old ones and nuking them. Very nasty. I also wouldn't trust the cleanliness of this location b/c if they don't care to serve people expired food then they probably don't care about the sanity of the cooking area/friers. I completely washed my hands of this location after first having them remake my corn dogs and after waiting 4 minutes the server came out and apologized. I noticed one of my tater tots that was supposed to be a medium appeared to be a small, but she said no they were medium. During this I dropped a few in the car bc it was chilly out and I didn't want to hold her up. I tasted one and they were quite cold so I drove back through and waited my turn to get fresh tots. That was another 7 minutes. When the lady came out(Who was dressed in all black and I'm guessing she was a manager albeit being quite young ) with my fresh tots she asked for my old ones which I was more than happy to hand over. As she was walking away she rudely said, "yeah you've already eaten half of them." I also happened to notice that the fresh medium order of tots was larger than my old box so I was correct that I received the wrong size. Anyhow I was highly offended bc I ate all of toe before deciding they were too cold for my enjoyment. I was also harassed at the window when the woman asked if I had the old ones I showed her and she had the audacity to also question if any had fallen in the bag. I looked , grabbed the four that had and stuffed them back in. The woman who came with my corn dogs obviously told them I dropped some (which were three or four at most ). I couldn't believe I had spent $24 on food here and received such problems. After this ordeal I was left with a bad taste and decided to call and speak with a manager. I had to try 3x before getting through and when I did the lady wouldn't respond and I had explained my situation only to be further offended by her "silent" treatment. I'm guessing this was the girl in all black. I finally just hung up and called back and was atleast treated with dignity by a regular employee. If this was indeed the manager then she should be fired for poor customer service. Either way save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the way they treat customers.
The man who owns or at least runs this Subway is rude, unfriendly, and scary. He trains his employees, especially his female relative who works here, to give you the bare minimal of any ingredient. If an employee is making you something and he's in the store, you can tell how intimidated they are, glancing at him to make sure he doesn't think they are giving away too much of his precious vegetables. I know a few people that are uncomfortable going in this store, I recommend driving a little further for a better Subway!
