If you need to go to Hobby Lobby you might want to consider another location. The so called mgr. Freddie is very good at putting blame on the customer. I had 2 children's craft kits that were priced with Hobby Lobby's price sticker for a $1.99 each. The cashier said she would have to charge me what was printed on the box by the manufacturer. That price was $14.99. The Hobby Lobby sticker didn't appear to be tampered with so I assumed it was priced by an employee in that department. The mgr. was called and he said he couldn't sell them for the price on the sticker. I told him that I thought they had to sell the item because that was the price on the sticker. He looked at me and said so you think it fair that we sell you these items at the wrong price. I told him that I wasn't aware that it was the wrong price. I base what I buy on the sticker price. He then said I will sell you 1 of the items. I told him that I wanted the items for the price on the sticker. He then started saying that I wasn't being fair. My husband told him it wasn't fair that someone priced them wrong. I think this is the worst customer service of any mgr. You don't try to put the blame on the customer. I hope I can cost them more money by letting people know that Hobby Lobby is terrible at customer service.
Great staff and friendly. They have a good selection of products. And they can special order things as well.
Terrible place to do business. Bought a defective Christmas gift, and they will not exchange it. Once opened, they have a no refund, no exchange policy, even for defective items. It is not possible to know something is defective, without opening it. Also, very rude!
Shop anywhere else, got defective product as gift, had receipt, manager was rude about it, told me to just take up with manufacture since it was not his problem, informed me owner was never there and wouldn't speak to me anyway, never even apologized or even acted concerned, was only rude and impossible to deal with! Was by far worst treatment I've ever got from a retail store. Obvious they don't care at all about their customers and you should avoid hobbytown USA at all cost! Wish I could give them 0 stars
