Just boarded bus to Cincinnati.This is the worst station with the absolutely worse person working today (10-12-16)4:00 p.m..She was truly what customer service is NOT about.Foul language. Rude. Upset at the world.I hate to see people lose their jobs but, her behavior is unacceptable.I for one will NOT ever ride with GREYHOUND if this is the kind of employees that represents their company @ core values.I always drive or fly but, my FAMILY thought we would catch a bus to see the sights.Well, a BIG THANKS TO GREYHOUND for a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with our travels.I will go back to diving & flying. So if you are in Lexington Kentucky at 4 p.m. you are sure to run into the rudest person who you have ever met.10-12-16Also...we are riding on bus #6481. This bus is ridiculous dirty.We ate looking at fast food garbage, soda bottles, potato chips bags, etc..etc.Apparently, having clean & classy transportation is CLEARLY NOT A PRIORITY.I AM SO UPSET THAT GREYHOUND HAS RUIN THIS EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY & MYSELF..I really hope not one more person goes through this again..I will not even start with the DRIVER...That will need to wait for another day.Yes, I am CLEARLY , CLEARLY UPSET.
