When I walked in the store there were three young adults working in the store. One was dancing, flipping her hair over where the sandwiches were made. Upon returning home and starting to eat we realized that the sandwich that was supposed to have extra meat didn't and it was put on the other sandwich. I called and asked to speak to a manager, which was the young kid that made my sandwich and I was told to bring the sandwich back into the shop. I asked why should I leave and drive all the way back over there for a mistake you made. He then hung up in my face. I called back and the young girl that was working there answered and said she was the manager. I ask her if she knew that the young man hung up on me and she said yes and started laughing. I asked for numbers for the owner or GM and she gave me all wrong numbers intentionally. No customer should have to deal with this type of behavior and these young adults should be supervised. The GM stated he was going to talk to them, but they are usually not like that. From my first impression they are usually like that. They are too young to be handling a store on their own. I would not recommend visiting this store.
Visited with a friend here that I had no seen in about 3 years. We asked a ton of questions about the menu. We talked for hours. The server was patient, kind, answered every question and NEVER once made us feel like we were in the way. I hopefully paid her for the other guests she could have had that night, because she made our experience wonderful. And the food was delicious!
Don't waste your time and money!! Food was cold. Sent it back. Cold again. The female manager was rude and unprofessional. She was cussing in front of customers. We started going there in the 60's, and never had a bad experience until now. I cant believe one of the owners witnessed this allowed his manager to rant the way she did. But, what can u expect from a three star drive in? Our friends and family will never eat there again. I know they won't miss our business, but I want the public to know our bad experience. I rate this drive in: zero stars..
The service and the FOOD are so good!!!! 10 stars!
OMG!!!! What's going on??? Taking the Baguette away as a "Side", and trying to replace it with a "Dinner Roll".....I didn't order Turkey & Dressing, I ordered Lunch/Soup.....I want a "Baguette"
I always call this place and feel like im inconveniencing the staff to take my order. I didnt realize me keeping you in a job by purchasing from your company was going to ruin your day of sitting at a counter and texting or taking selfies of you and the prep line.
They don't deliver to hays blvd anymore whats wrong with them????
Nat Yuttayong has opened a new Thai restaurant downtown at 111 South Upper Street, next to McCarthy’s Irish Bar. Nat’s menu is small but has “authentic true taste of Thai.”Yuttayong, who recently returned from a trip to Thailand, said, “I have rediscovered the true authentic Thai food again. In 1989, the family opened Bangkok House, and after it was sold, opened Taste of Thai. He most recently worked with his cousin at Mai Thai Restaurant on Tiverton Way.Yuttayong said the menu will feature “the fresh pad Thai noodle just like back home.” Other menu items include spicy beef and pork salad, shrimp herb and spice, and fried chicken wings with herb. This is a great place to eat, but the internet here is horrible. They say it is high speed, but it is impossible to get any online work done here. It is also not a matter of timing because I have been here quite a few times and the internet problem has persisted, even when there aren't many people soaking up the bandwidth. It is also not the quietest environment to work in.On the plus side, the food is great and the staff is friendly. Definitely go here for a nice meal and good service, but you're better off getting your work done elsewhere.
