We were lied to repeatedly by the employees at this store resulting in a bill that went to a collection agency bc we were told we did not owe anything! May go back to Sprint but NEVER to this store.
I am writing a same review here because I want more people to know how bad is the owner.BEING TREATED RUDELY after the security deposit is paid. And The OWNER is DISHONEST to me and FULL OF LIES.I was told my phone can be fixed in 7 business DAYS before I paid but it turned out to be 3 WEEKS!After the promised time, I kept calling the owner at least twice everyday but my calls were never answered. When I came to his store to see what's going on, the owner said his phone was broken. WHAT? U R THE REPAIR GUY!The owner also said he WOULDN'T BOTHER TO NOTIFY A CUSTOMER although he had the phone number in profile.When I asked for a apology or a discount for the delay, the owner ASKED ME TO GET OUT of his store. I said I was still his customer and all I want is to solve the problem. Then the owner REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE and CALLED THE POLICE. WHO WOULD CALL THE POLICE FOR A CIVIL ISSUE?At last he insist that I HAD TO PAY him WITH CASH because he claimed to put "cash only" on the receipt of security deposit. Fortunatetly, the receipt is with me. And the officer verified no terms of "cash only" on it!
Great service. Gave us a great deal on a used phone. Checked out server all other stores before ending up here, and all in all they have the best options of phones and prices are great. Will return in the future.
Spamming as Owner on Craigslist. SEVERAL TIMES.This is NOT how a Business should act.This goes to show that they are DESPERATE for customers.Stop posting incorrectly and I'll stop spreading this.It becomes tiring to see Several ads saying "Hey do you want a free phone" with the same info, just typed a little differently, this is WHY people search under ONLY Owner in craigslist, to AVOID these kinds of ads, but you continue to ignore that, posting over and over, as owner AND dealer, showing how DESPERATE you are for customers. Grow Up.
Absolutely would not recommend this repair service to anyone. Took my iPad in for a screen repair two weeks ago, was called and notified that there were a few more issues and asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I said yes because obviously I want my device to work. I was pleased with the work that was done and excited to have my iPad up and running again!I took it back in this week because the adhesive did not stick on the bottom part of the screen, and my speaker fizzled out - no big deal. I get a call today that they have tried to replace the speaker but none of the new ones work because the whole inside is basically covered in rust and that the whole device probably wouldn't last much longer. This is the first time they have notified me of how badly rusted the inside was. I would have saved my $200 and bought a new iPad if I had been properly informed of all the damage two weeks ago. Then they tried to smooth it over with $15 off my next device repair. No thanks!
My iphone and my son's Samsung s4 were both jacked up.I called around and prices were all over the place, refurb kings was not the cheapest but they seemed to know and their reviews were good,I took in both phones and picked them up later that day, working like NEW.Very pleased,.
My Apple MacBook (09) went on the fritz, I was referred to refurb kings by a co-worker. Called and explained the issue, was told that they would need to see the laptop to properly diagnose the issue.I brought it in, within a few hours I was contacted and my old faithful macbook was working better than ever!Very happy!!

I recently purchased the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Edge from this store. To say the least, the phone exceeds my expectations on every level. However, equally impressive is the staff at the Richmond Rd. Cellular Sales site in Lexington, KY. In particular, I have to applaud the expertise and commitment of sales associate Mikie Fyffe. While waiting for the Note 4 Edge release, Mikie worked daily to keep me updated on specs, plans, and delivery. I set up an appointment with him once the phone was delivered to the store. I can say with no hesitation that this was by far the smoothest, most enjoyable experience I have had in terms of an upgrade. Being a Verizon customer for several years now, I have always been satisfied with Verizon products and service. However, my experience with Mikie and the staff at Cellular Sales' Richmond Rd. location strengthened my customer satisfaction tenfold. With several upgrades coming within the next few months, it is an absolute no-brainer where my family will be taking its wireless needs.
Fantastic Store! Have more then enough phones choose from. They carry Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and others. I was highly impressed!
