Like another reviewer, I found the customer service atrocious. My daughter's swim class was cancelled two months in a row--once on the day it was supposed to begin. I joined simply for that class, when I asked for a refund because I didn't use it because of SERVICES THEY FAILED TO RENDER, they would not refund my membership because, according to them, if they did that "they would be refunding thousands of dollars." They should ask themselves why so many people end up not using their facilities. Perhaps it is because the lap pool is frequently packed with swim team practice, or that they have no changing tables in the FAMILY locker room. And the people I spoke with on the phone were rude to me.
