My husband and I have been here a handful of times, and we have never been disappointed. Their service and staff is impeccable--I have had perfectly cooked food every time (I always get the mussels or a chicken dish). Their servers have always given me spot on recommendations, whether it be for wine or food. It's a little oasis. Today, in particular, was lovely. Sunday lunch, which is frequently a nightmare, was so impressive--a few large parties, all with children (other than us). Patience was our server, and we spent the time observing. She had what seemed like the entire dining room, and she didn't miss a beat. She was calm, efficient, and kind--and was full of excellent recommendations. The team work of the staff was refreshing. Thank you, Patience, for superior customer service.
Awful experience. Pasta was gummy, tasted like lemon overwhelming any other flavor. Poorly seasoned, skimpy on the canned chicken, gave us a very small chuck of bread which was nothing to recommend. Service not any better, never asked if meal was alright, would like more bread, or needed drinks refilled. We will never return and found this the worst dining experience of all we have tried in Lexington. Overpriced, poorly prepared, bad service.
The wait to get seated wasn't long but just to get our drinks took 15 minutes after we ordered. Waitress finally came and said she would get us some bread. 30 minutes later we finally got it. During this time the waitress was at other tables taking selfies. Finally ordered our food and it took almost an hour to finally get it and then my friends food wasn't right. The waitress didnt bring out her salad so she asked for her salad in a to go box. 15 minutes later it arrives on a plate. After 2 hours we finally got our check to leave. We tried to get the waitress attention but she and a few other workers were at another table at the end laughing and having a good time. I doubt we will be back although my food was great the service was horrible.
I received a gift card for this restaurant and must say that I am glad I wasn't paying for it. I was disappointed with the food, pasta was over-cooked. I expected more from such an expensive restaurant
After driving home. I reaized that I eas given someone else's order. I tried calling the store. ..9 times. The phone was always busy. I drive back and waited for them to prepare the correct order, and was given a few breads ticks for my inconvenience. Not impressed!
Great Atmosphere, food, and service

Only been there one time, but that is all it took. Pizza is fantastic, brick oven makes all the difference in the world, sauce and cheese is just right! My only problem is I live in Somerset Ky, and can't get there enough! Try it your love it too!!!!
