Just boarded bus to Cincinnati.This is the worst station with the absolutely worse person working today (10-12-16)4:00 p.m..She was truly what customer service is NOT about.Foul language. Rude. Upset at the world.I hate to see people lose their jobs but, her behavior is unacceptable.I for one will NOT ever ride with GREYHOUND if this is the kind of employees that represents their company @ core values.I always drive or fly but, my FAMILY thought we would catch a bus to see the sights.Well, a BIG THANKS TO GREYHOUND for a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with our travels.I will go back to diving & flying. So if you are in Lexington Kentucky at 4 p.m. you are sure to run into the rudest person who you have ever met.10-12-16Also...we are riding on bus #6481. This bus is ridiculous dirty.We ate looking at fast food garbage, soda bottles, potato chips bags, etc..etc.Apparently, having clean & classy transportation is CLEARLY NOT A PRIORITY.I AM SO UPSET THAT GREYHOUND HAS RUIN THIS EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY & MYSELF..I really hope not one more person goes through this again..I will not even start with the DRIVER...That will need to wait for another day.Yes, I am CLEARLY , CLEARLY UPSET.

Not happy. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Need to find out about a package and no one is answering the phone. The customer service need to up date their system so when people call to check on a package, they can help them even without a ticket number.

I was unable to print ticket. ...

I was unable to print ticket. Tried multiple computers. Went to bus station with email confirming my ticket. Shared problem with several Greyhound employees and nobody was off assistance in fact they were quite rude! One employee told me to talk to the bus driver that it was at his discretion to let me on bus. I showed bus driver my email confirmation along with photo id. He said "no". I inquired about buying another ticket and he said that would be fine. When I asked about printing up that ticket he smirked at me and said that he would let me on if I purchased another ticket even if I couldn't print it up. I knew I was being scammed but I needed to get home because my grandmother was dying. When I went to pay I discovered I did not have enough cash and left my dorm room without my debit card. As he was shutting the door on me he said, "oh, go to this place and they will print up the ticket and you can get on the next bus!" My reply was, " why didn't you tell me that 15 minutes ago!" Yes, I purchased a non refundable ticket however Greyhound acted in bad faith and I feel sabotaged my valid ticket. This was my first experience with Greyhound and a company that treated their customers so rudely and gave ABSOLUTELY no assistance!!!!! I could not believe that in the 21st century your company is still ONLY recognizing paper tickets! You don't even need a paper ticket to get on an airplane or your competitor megabus. What adds salt to the wound is that we are talking about a 25.00 ticket!!! In case you are interested (which I am sure your not) but my grandmother did die yesterday and I missed saying goodbye to her by 2 hours and I hold Greyhound responsible for that as that is the amount of time I lost trying to scramble for transportation.
