I bought a van, cheaper than anyone else with everything we wanted. I will let you know if there is any problems. But the buying process was ever easy and quick. Picking up car this afternoon.

This was the most painless car buying experience I've had, and I've had about 10. Jim Grisso is an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s laid back, no 'hard sell' tactics here. He was truly invested in me getting exactly what I wanted. I test drove the Outback and the Forester, I bought the Forester Limited. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at getting a new car. Regina Martin made the signing process a breeze. All the employees I met were very helpful and polite, even the ones I just passed in the halls. I actually enjoyed this experience. How many car dealerships can anyone say that about?
After an almost flawless purchase of a new Wrangler this year, I returned to purchase a new Renegade. I was promised by David Kubilus via SMS while confirming the deal that the car would have "all available options except the trailer tow package. Fully loaded." Needless to say, the car arrived, no sticker or manifest on the car, papers were signed and I drove the car home. I noticed within hours that the salesman David had lied about the "all available options" and the car was missing the Beats audio stereo. I returned to the dealer the next day only to be told by William Sandoval that my only recourse was to "trade in" the car incurring a heavy loss of $2,000+ and buy another one. Even though none of the paperwork has even been submitted to the bank or the government for titling. Called the Lexington Police to get our trade-in back and the officer told us to call a lawyer. David, our sales representative was no help, and left us at the mercy of these ridiculously dirty swindlers. Shop at your own risk, I love Jeeps, hate this dealer.
I wish I could give 0 stars!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a jeep in April and I seriously regret it. Our dealer was a complete a$$ but I really loved this jeep. Now we've had to service it 3x in 6 months. They never have any idea what they're doing! They called us yesterday to tell us to bring it in immediately for an airbag recall. We showed up today and they had no idea what we were talking about. They called us! Dropped it off at 10, 30 minutes later they call to tell us they need to order a part. We come to pick it up at 1 and to complain to a manager. They now say they do have the part, but the guy is out to lunch. Had to wait there till 3 to finally get everything done. We had to rearrange our entire day for this crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I purchased my motorcycle here a few years ago and got a flat the other day from a screw that punctured the rear tire. Well, I figured that I'd take it back to Lexington Motorsports to have the rear tire replaced. 3 days later I picked it up and rode it home, no problem. However, once I got home I noticed the chain had 5-6" of slack on my chain. Since it's an easy adjustment, I wasn't too upset. Well, in order to adjust the chain tension, you must first loosen the rear axle nut. To my horror, I found that I was able to unscrew the rear axle nut WITH MY HAND...this is what prevents the rear wheel from moving forward and backwards!
Car needed service. One call, scheduled for that day! Car serviced promptly. NotifiedThat I needed a filter which was installed - all done within 30 minutes!! And, they washed the car!!
Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about how to fix my vehicle. I have been very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle.
Have purchased several vehicles from Mr. Stephen Tevis who makes your sales experience seamless and pleasurable. No pressure and always truthful. He also goes beyond the call of duty to make sure my experience with getting my vehicles serviced at Glenn Nissan are also seamless. People like Mr. Tevis make this dealership the place to buy and get your vehicle serviced.
Rude, overpriced service. I called about reprogramming a fob key. Not only were they over priced but charged for each key. Where other dealers charged one price for all keys. They charge same price per each key
Kudos to Mr. Steven Tevis. His unyielding efforts of making our purchasing a vehicle(s) as hassle free has prompted myself to promote himself and the Glenn Auto Mall to all my family and friends. Continue the great work Mr. Tevis.
