I've been to Medical City Lewisville many times, and have ALWAYS had exceptionally good service. I've lived here for 35 years. Babies, colonoscopy, minor surgery, etc. They have always been very skilled, efficient, professional, and very polite. I've received nothing but top notch care, in every way.
Hanged up three times before they answered. Inquired if they could verify my insurance. Turn out to be, they don't accept new patient. When I asked for the lady's name, she hanged up again.Celine

It's a great place if you need to be seen by doctor ASAP and reasonably price if you're uninsured. The doctor and staff was very kind. I will definitely go back.
Father was taken via ambulance here for breathing emergency. Upon discharge, had to provide own oxygen tank and wheelchair to car. Took forever for discharge paperwork and a nurse to unhook from IV and monitoring.
A doctor's job is to heal and treat their patients. When a patient specifically tells the nurse and the doctor that what they are being given will not help their illness and is pushed out the door, well I call that disrespectful. Migraines are defined as "extremely severe" and for an individual to suffer longer then 72 hours they need to seek medical treatment. That's funny to me since I was given Narcotics which all medical doctors should know it only makes migraines much worse. I'm having to go the ER now to get what the doctor should of fixed done correctly. STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT SEEING DR.MCCOY.
