As a deaf person this place is overwhelmingly welcome I came in the other day barley even gestured the idea I was hard of hearing the person at the desk sprung up enthusiastically to greet me with pen and paper in hand not quick to use it but ready to understand the needs of my vehicle came outside with me and addressed my concerns in a very professional manner I observed him dealing with other individuals that he obviously did not speak there language but took the same time and courtesy as he did with me even brought in an I pad in fear his writing too poor on my follow up visit and dealt me the best price I have found on service in town highly recommend this place they even have 60$ synthetic oil changes with mobile one Ive previously paid upwards of 89$! at other locals

I came in for four tires and everyone was very nice and even gave me a free alignment noone there really tried to pressure me into buying more services but made me aware or potential problems Jerry and Arthur explained the benefits of alignments and were great will recomend to friends

problem with my blazer, towed it to their yard and they complained on where i left it first,then they kept it for two weeks and replaced parts on truck, when the parts didnt fix my problem the mechanic removed the part, this happened five times, and finally when out of experience, the mechanic which i don't know if he's qualified, passed it on as a problem that their shop did not work on and still charged me a substantial amount of money for work performed, had to tow my truck out of their yard to a different shop, which fixed my problem right away. I will never recommend Hamms auto shop to anybody.
