I loved Bridal Boutique! I went in and explained to Wyn the kind of dress I was looking for. When I walked from the entrance to the back where the selection is, I was ASTOUNDED. They have the largest bridal selection in TEXAS!! Within 15 minutes of entering the store we had probably pulled 10 dresses. Wyn pulled one and she said, "it doesn't look awesome on the hanger, but it looks great on". This dress is perfect! Wyn read me immediately. She knew exactly what I wanted and fount it right off the bat. She made the appointment personal, listened to what I had to say, and delivered. I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Bridal Boutique in Lewisville. If you can, make an appointment with Wyn, she is AMAZING! If you can't get Wyn, you will still be treated extremely well. As I said, they have the largest selection in Texas so if you can't find it here, it doesn't exist!


Ok, I have mixed feelings abou...

Ok, I have mixed feelings about this place.


On the one hand, they had the largest selection of gowns I could review and pick online before i arrived for my appointment and know that dress would actually be there. And when I found a "floor model" wedding dress that was exactly what I wanted and was told there wasn't enough time for me to get it custom fit ordered and ended up purchasing said "floor model", I was surprised to find a brand new dress in the "floor model" size when I arrived next door at Ana's for alterations. That was a huge plus! Especially since they offered me no discount for buying a dress on that'd been tried on by hundreds of other women.


I arrived for my appointment with pictures of 3 dresses I wanted to try on within the $1K to $1.5K range that I got right off their website after calling in advance and confirming that the dresses on their website were actually at their shop. SEVEN dresses in the $3K to $5K range that I didn't like nor wanted to try on were brought to me before I finally told the salesperson "Please. I'm begging you. Just bring me ONE of the dresses I wanted to try on!" If I hadn't been so desperate and short on time to get a dress, I would have walked out. She FINALLY brought me the dress I wanted and that's the one I ended up buying.

Great selection? Yes. Great Service? Not so much.

Put it to you this way . . . I'm sending thank you cards to my chaplain, my photographer, my seamstress, my musicians, my reception restaurant, the men's store where my husband and father bought their suits and tuxes, etc.

Who's not on the list? Bridal Boutique.

Please read this before using them!

This review is to let potential customers know how they treat you when things go wrong.

I paid for bridal dress heirlooming on Dec 15th, and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery to my home. It is March 31st, and I still don't have the dress! It took two weeks of phone calls and emails to determine where the dress was, and now it is at their shop for me to pick up. Caroline the owner says this does not warrant a refund! My wife has been worried for two weeks at the fate of her dress, and to quote Caroline (the owner) 'What is her suffering worth, huh? I mean, it's not like she has to wear it on a certain date or anything.' (actual quote)

Is this the kind of person you want to trust with anything as important as your wedding day? She blames the company they subcontract to for the difficulties. She won't even stand behind the fact that they took my money, and they made me the promises. Now it's somebody else's fault! Search elsewhere for people who understand how to treat you with the dignity they would demand if this were happening to them! I'm sure that things do go correctly for them most of the time, hence the reputation, but in the end, it's how you handle the mistakes that define what kind of businessperson (and person) you are.

It's up to you if you want to do business with them, but I wanted to be sure that her actions did not wash away in the tide, but rather to stand in testament for others to know what might happen to them.



Bad Customer Service

The customer service at Bridal Boutique is HORRIBLE! I ordered my wedding

gown and wanted to buy my bridesmaid's dresses from there. We made our

appointment and once we were there, the attendants were very rude and

offered no assistance to help us out. We had to "clip and pin" the dresses

ourselves. My mother finally asked for assistance, but we still did not

receive any service. After finally talking to the manager, she made no

efforts to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this boutique.

There are other lovely boutiques in the DFW area that will provide

better customer service along with comparable prices.



Wrong store

There is two stores in downtown Lewisville on Main Street. One that is called Bridal Boutique and one that is associated with Bridal Boutique but is actually a "discounted" store. I have never been to the discounted store. You mentioned in your review that Bridal Boutique does alterations. I have been to Bridal Boutique at least three times and they do not do alterations. Because they didn't do alterations, I choose not to purchase my dress here. You must be talking about the discount store. You reviewed the wrong store. Also ,where did you go for your dress if this store did not have enough variety? I must have went to at least five stores and this is the store that had the biggest selection.

I loved Bridal Boutique and I am so happy that I got my dress there! They treated us so well from the time that we walked in to the time that we left! I really enjoyed working with Janet. She was so honest and sweet with us.

We went to the store a few doors down first to see their discounted dresses. Technically, it isn't the same store, but from what I understand, they get a lot of dresses from the Boutique. The lady there was very honest and wonderful to work with as well. We found a few dresses there. Then we walked down to the Bridal Boutique. It has a small store front, but has SO much variety!

I found the dress I wanted after trying on a ton of them. No other dresses were as beautiful. I came back to try it on 3 more times before I ordered it. I also looked through at least 6 more stores in the DFW area...I didn't enjoy any of the sales people as much as I did Janet. She didn't put any pressure on me and gave me honest, real feedback.

I ordered my dress with exactly 5 months for it to arrive. I was really nervous, especially after reading some of the reviews on here. I let them know that I was worried and they assured me that it would arrive on time. I trusted them and they came through!! The dress arrived a week earlier than we expected and I had plenty of time to have it altered.

I went to a tailor nearer my house to have the dress altered and she pressed it as well (Ensy Tailor in Bedford). That was mostly out of convenience. Bridal Boutique said that they would steam it before the wedding...I was just too busy to bring it to two places.

I would go to Bridal Boutique again and I would definitely recommend them to other people. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! :)




I read the review about the "truly awful" experience...I have no idea where she went but it wasn't this place! When my daughter and I just showed up without an appointment and on a Saturday we were met with a cheerful attitude and helpful staff. The person who helped us , Donna, was attentive and wonderful. She helped my daughter find the dress she wanted. Even though we had just come to look we left with a beautiful and most resonable priced dress. If you want a great experience and want to find designer dresses at the best price come here!



Great Service & Selection!!!

I would have to say I'm so lucky to have found this diamond-in-the-rough store in little Downtown Lewisville. The first moment I stepped in, I was greeted and offered service. The sales staff was NEVER pushy in trying to get me to purchase just any dress. My favorite sales person there is Hannah. She has a keen eye for what you like and knows exactly what type of dresses to pull for you to try on. Within half an hour, she pulled for me 10 different dresses without me having to search their entire inventory (they have awesome dresses by the way). The prices are so reasonable (lowest starting at $600) for the services that you get. When I shopped at Alfred Angelo's or David's Bridal, the prices were about the same but the quality of their products were horrible! At Bridal Boutique, you are getting BRAND NAME Designer dresses at the same prices as those at David's Bridal!! I will never go to another "warehouse" bridal store like DB or AA because you don't get the special attention and servicing like you do at Bridal Boutique. I bought my two wedding gowns there and they offered me a discount for purchasing two. They are also offering to discount my veil, bridesmaid dresses, AND accessories!!! What more could I ask for?!! I just love it here. They make me feel welcomed and respected. Will recommend to any bride who doesn't know where to start shopping.
