I had work done over the weekend on my outdoor AC. The prices and staff were easy going and they got the job done same day. Truely a professional 5 star service! You can't miss all their vehicles everywhere, must be a good sign.

I see the red trucks everywhere and driving around town you help but notice them. I have been using A1 for years and have never had nay problems. Great company from the ground up!

I've seen a lot of professional tune ups from 50 to 500? A#1 seems to have this service in the bag hands down. $100 tune up and your ready to go for the season! Check them out for sure.

I came home early the other day and saw my next door neighbor was getting service done on his A/C. I immediately asked questions and eneded up getting a service tune up. Great company and extremely friendly people work for them.

Bought a new system with the IRS rebate going on and got $3000 back. Best part about all of this is saving from here on out. The A #1 air team is great to work with and takes care of you. My new system also came with a service plan to keep everything in shape.

I got great service, but what really got me is after the technician was done. He spent a good 5minutes playing with my dogs and having a good conversation. This company has people that really care for whats best, call them!

I expected the best from all the ads and reviews... When the technican showed up he blew me away! Shoe covers, polite, fast and cheap! WOW! $70 bucks for a complete furnace check/filter and tons of info, what a deal.

It's getting cold outside and you know when your heater isn't working right. A #1 fixed my furnace and cleaned everything inside for under $300. The quality of service was great along with everyone I spoke to. If your looking for a solution fast, call these guys!

Don't be fooled by the one star - ZERO would be more accurate.

Stay away from this company, they will only try to upsell you on any call they make. Not interested in fixing anything, all they want to do is sell you new and sell you maintenance contracts.

Almost got scammed, they wanted to replace my existing unit that had stopped working with a brand new $4000 solution!!

Problem was fixed with a $90 piece and a $70 service call. Either they don't know how to fix anything or they are too happy to take advantage of you and scam you out of your money.

Either way, they don't seem like the solution to any heating or cooling problem - at least not for me, and if you value your money, you would also stay away from them.

I had everything going perfect for this holiday except one my heater started acting up. Less than 2hrs of my call a technician was out to fix my heater and get me heating. You can't have a thanksgiving in a cold house! Thanks a ton.. Amy

Full of info, very helpful with tips not a car salesman. The technician was ontime and smiling the entire time. Another thing I liked is he let me watch and ask questions as he went along. Highly recommended!

This year I decided to give my furnace some attention and call a1, they were highly recommended by a friend. The technician was professional and did exactly what needed to be done. No hassles, great service.

Peter Oti-Nkrumah responded to a request for a seasonal heating systems cleaning and checkup. From a friendly greeting and identification to a friendly and courteous good-by he was excellent. In addition to a thorough servicing and cleaning of both units he informed me of the Good Bad and Ugly of my heating and A/C units. He informed me and SHOWED me potential problems with the sytem. He also offered preventative solutions to any potential problem. Finally, he review work completed, explained charges, and gave me a chance to ask questions on anything he had done. Excellent technician with outstanding skills and a professional demeanor. I will request him again by name for future services.

I had several ac companies come to my house during June and July to give me a price for a new ac but could not get anyone to be honest with me about what exactly was wrong. Well the last company to call was A#1 Air in Carrollton and I am glad I did. They sent Dewayne Humphries out to go over things with me and give me a price, Dewayne was very friendly and honest and worked to get me the right price and financing. Thanks A#1 and thanks Dewayne for a job well done.

$89 Heating system check was well worth my time, there was a safety issue that was easily fixed that I had no idea about. Thanks to the inspection I can sleep better at night knowing there is no issues. Great job! will be recommending!
