I asked for the first and the second is what I ended up with. I was told by the instructor after the 5 hours I spent Tuesday getting my hair done that if I came in the next day they would fix it. I got a call the next morning telling me the student I had seen wouldn't be there and one of the other students would be handling it. When I went in I explained what happened to the student helping me and she called her instructor Cynthia over. Cynthia treated me like an inconvenience from the minute she walked up. I tried explaining to her what the had done the previous day and she dismissed anything I said and said she didn't need to know any of that. When Cynthia told me it would be $39.00 for them to fix it I tried explaining to her what I had been told the previous day by the other instructor and she told me "We aren't going to fix it for free just because you don't like it". I tried again explaining that it wasn't what I had asked for and she kept increasing the attitude and telling me that she didn't know anything about it and she would have to see how it was written in the front. I finally got tired of it and left. All of the issues could have been avoided if she had just said that she wasn't aware of the situation and to let her check with the other instructor. I can understand why people are so hesitant to go to a beauty school and if this is the way some of the instructors treat clients I am surprised the students have enough to complete their hours.
They may do a good job if they actually write down your appointment. Very unprofessional! We won't make this mistake again.
We had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advance, and were kept waiting for 45 minutes with no apology or explanation. Horrible service.
The thing I like the most was diversity. I learned so much and the instructors are there to help you along the way. I have now graduated and waiting to take my practical exam . ITS Academy has a job placement program, and as soon as I get my license they have placed me in a salon already. Thank you ITS!!! (Hide)
well as for me and most of all the students from oakcliff barber college we will be up there this week!!! so hope to see yall up there.:)
Terrible. Went in for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. It took over two hours. They failed to remove my old nail polish on my toes and then applied so many coats of the new polish that it wasn't dry in the forty minutes I waited for it to dry. Also, the lady doing my eyebrows sucked. She failed to remove hair inbetween my eyebrows and made my eyebrows completely uneven. When I pointed it out to her she almost started crying. Don't waste your money going here. I know it is a hair school and these people are students, but I've been to so many other different hair schools and had great service. Regency is not a place to go if you care about the service you are getting.
Great difference from before atmosphere very please thanks, glamour academy
I am so impressed with the new services this school is offering. It is under new ownership I am refering my friends to try it out.
