        Love this place!!! Processed a lamb here and it was perfect, I was even difficult I asked for French cut chops 2 in a pack not a problem, and the sausage was to die for, super yummy!

        I had a cow butchered and the steaks were amazing and then there were a handful that were awful.. makes me wonder if they do some trading and give me few low quality and took mine to put in their meat case to sell. Not sure if I trust these guys. Next time I'll go to a place that doesn't have a meat case and doesn't sell meat.

        I bought half a pig from a friend I work with. They had Theurer's harvest the pig.

        I told them to just do the curing of the ham and bacon, and I would do the rest of the pig.

        I picked the pig up on Monday and the pig was cut into 4 pieces. The pork loin was in two pieces and the shoulder in 1 piece and the pork ribs in one piece. All Frozen. Now I have to thaw every thing out to finish the sausage that I wanted to do.

        I called them up and got a lot of BS. You got your pig so what is the problem? My problem was I got the meat frozen and not fresh. I did not need it cut into pieces also.

        They get a 1 star because I can't give them less.
