Horrible! I called for a cab from Lisbon to auburn for my sister, was told it would be an hour which is fine, the driver was early(which is great) except.....there was no driver there she was standing outside waiting, then I was told the driver was there 45 mins ago which was about 20 minutes after I called....they didn't call to say they were there, they didn't beep the horn nothing!! Completely useless company! It's a good thing another cab derive came through because she really needed to get to a hospital!

My daughter called for a cab to go do laundry. We needed to use our debit card for the ride. The man said their debit machine was acting up, he put us on hold, then the phone hung up. We tried to get them back a hold them but it took 20 minutes to get them on the phone, by then we had assumed that the charge had not gone through and moved all of our laundry back up to the forth floor. When we did get them on the phone they said the charge had gone through but by that time it was to late. So we told them to cancel and refund to money. They said they would on monday but nope. So we called again and spoke to a woman and she said it would be refunded back to my daughter's account. Nope again. They are thieves. Don't ever give them your credit or debit card numbers.
I made a time call for city cab 24hrs. in advance. An hour before my time call, I recieved a call from city cab to verify I still wanted a ride due weather conditions. I confirmed my cab then proceeded to wait outside in the snow. After 1/2 of waiting I called City cab and was told a driver was on his way. I asked what " on his way" amounted to in time. The dispatcher then called the driver verify time and found he was going to take ATLEAST 20 min. to pick me up. Needless to say I wil NEVER use city cab again! A time call as well as any call should be treated with respect and picked up in a timely manner. If you know you are going to be late and do not call to notify a customer. . . that is just bad business!
